far back as 1994. so far there have been at least five potential victims that have come forward. the majority of the incidents happened at the church. when the victims were left alone with him that is when it occurred. we have more on this story later. >> justine: fire crew stayed on the scene last night of a three alarm fire in san jose it happened on the four and a block of south seventh street. some 60 firefighters x--and command staff work will go door-to-door asking people to come ford about recent arsons in the area. it is believed that to fly--fires that displaced 20 people earlier this week were arson. they happened at

blossom hill estates and the second fire was reported about 10 minutes later about one block away. both fires started in recycling bins. a similar fire was reported on june 19th on cory drive. fire officials have not identified the suspect and they're offering a $500 reward for information. they are expected together at 9:00 a.m. before handing out those fires. >> justine: in the meantime, two homes were seriously damaged after a fire in vallejo. this happen in six flags discovery kingdom yesterday afternoon the fire sparked at one house and then spread to enabling home. two families are now having to find a different place to stay. one firefighter was hurt while battling the flames. he suffered from heat sauce gen. >> justine: a young boy was shot right in front of his family he is in the hospital

in critical condition in oakland. reggie kumar spoke with the boys' sister and mother's friend that witnessed the shooting. >>anchor: the close family friend says that she was standing with the team year- old boy, his mom, the boy's sister and three other children when a man on the bike pulled out a gun near south 15th street and main avenue and started shooting at a man in the car. her friend translated for her. >> she thought there were fireworks because the fourth of july is released soon and they threw themselves on the floor. they did not have a chance to knock down the other kids and they threw themselves down and little kids were still in the stroller. the little boy said that his back was turned--herding and if alcott. the chrysler over the whole so that he would not lose a lot of blood.

being dropped in by helicopters to help those that are stranded. the death toll is expected to climb as the day goes on. >> justine: today president obama will be in colorado to ticket the damage that was caused by the wild fires in colorado. we do have some new pictures into the kron4 newsroom of what is happening with the mobile canyon fire that is right near colorado springs. firefighters are working round-the-clock to figure out with the best areas to go to try and tackle the flames. president obama-care the stay a major disaster area and has offered federal aid. the canyon fire has killed one person and destroyed as many as 346 homes. they do expect more calm winds and slightly cooler temperatures in the forecast for today. >> justine: a couple in colorado is now under arrest suspected of breaking into evacuated homes from the waldo canyon fire. authorities say that the two of these individuals were on

buying foreclosed homes and the poorest neighborhood in oakland in a trend that is destabilizing communities. a new report says the 62 percent of the 10,000 completed foreclosures in oakland are either still owned by a financial institution or acquired by an investor. the city council's community and economic the relevant agency will hold a hearing in two weeks to discuss the situation. as we mentioned a little bit earlier, first quarter results offered a grim look at troubled black bearing maker. the company will fire 5000 employees. blackberry maker research and motioned reported a loss. >> justine: this marked a new low point for the company's downward spiral. just last month of blood there and feel one that lower volumes and higher competitive pricing dynamics

temperatures will continue to cool down. by monday it seems like we could baneful to grieve mostly sunny conditions and we will continue with the warm weather pattern as the into the middle of next week. over in the traffic center i'm not looking at any hot spots. we have a great ride around the bay area. we see a lot of cloud coverage and some coastal fog at the golden gate bridge. you may want to drive with extra caution we do not have any special traffic advisor to tell you about. there's a lot of space in between cars and a pretty good drive time out of navato into the city. if you're heading to the bay bridge, we have no major delays to speak of, traffic is building in the west bound direction of the leaving likes to deal with. i have been checking over the sand until bridge watching the road with sensors. your drive is just 14 minutes from and to end. >> justine: fairfield police are looking for more possible victims than may have been molested by a local pastor. police

arrested this 65 year-old man at his home he was a pastor at st. timothy's orthodox church in fairfield. full local clergy in the diocese contacted authorities about these possible molestations. investigators say he may have molested children as far back as 1994. so far that have been at least five potential victims. the majority of these incidents happened at the church and were the victims, and when those victims were left alone with him. the pastor has not been charged with multiple counts of child molestation we have more on this story later on kron4. another developing story that we're watching, 18 year-old boy is in critical condition this morning at children's hospital in oakland after being shot last night in richmond. >> justine: a close family friend said that she was standing with the team year- old when his mother, the boy is a trend three other children and a man riding on a bike pulled out a gun near sao 15th street and main avenue and started shooting at a man in a car. this is a family friend

ascribing the boy's condition. >> he said his back was hurting it was burning if hot. the police were over the whole so that he would not lose a lot of blood. there were really scared about the little boy would die right there. the cannot take up the bullet right now because it may injure or even paralyze him. >> justine: doctors said the boy is expected to survive his injuries and investigators are still looking for the suspect this morning but they did find the suspects by about one block away. they also want to speak the man that he was trying to shoot at. he was in a car very similar to a for fusion. >> justine: a teacher at in every school in antioch may very disturbing discovery around much time she found a bag containing a white powder substance. police were called to the school's campus and they determined that the bag had cocaine in it. it is unclear how long

the drug had been there all when they came from. the fire that burned a construction site near a west oakland bart construction station that shut the bart station down for hours has now been declared a case of arson the june 14th fire caused a massive traffic nightmare. you may remember we kept hearing the story for you live. more than two dozen agents with the bureau of alcohol, tobacco and firearms have been investigating the cause of the fire. there is no word yet but it is arson. >> justine: bart police are trying to figure out what happened to the man that was somebody in be in. police were called to the platform last week on reports of two men fighting. when there ride both person that reported the five and the attacker were gone. the victim was transported to hospital when he does not remember anything about the attack. police are saying that the bomb scare that

shots of the 68 people that there arrested this week in a city wide sweep of wanted suspect. 63 were booked on felony charges ranging from possession of stolen property to assault with a deadly weapon. 18 of those arrested were parolees. the chief police says that these arrests are of particular importance given the recent uptick in violence. there have been 10 homicides in just the month of june racing the two murders in san francisco this year to 38. that has the mayor expressing interest in a police tactic that is called a stop and frisk as a way of getting more guns off the street. but this does not have the support of the city's police chief. >>anchor: this is a policy currently implemented in new york and philadelphia were officer search people they suspect are suspicious looking for illegal firearms as a way to prevent violent crime. it has brought about protests and lawsuits and a new form of racial pride--
