the latest in the devastating fires in colorado. the waldo canyon fire has destroyed about 350 homes. some nearby homes were saved by firefighters. residents are returning trying to salvage what can find in wetlands. other their homes are there but they have been burglarized. >> mark: as residents do return home we get some incredible pictures coming in. some homes are completely gone and others were able to be saved. but this neighborhood nothing

minutes ago when i first saw reports of the accident we saw a lot of red and speed below 25 mph. it looks like a lot of that red has turned to yellow. so this backup is now spreading will into tracy. now there are no problems to report for 238. we have a lot of green on our role with sensors. >> darya: we now know the name of the men that was stabbed to death in west san jose on friday night. 41 year old harry clark of san jose was found bleeding from at least one stab wound. he was discovered in the parking lot of winchester boulevard around 11:30 p.m. friday night it was the city's 20 of homicide of the year and no arrests have been made. >> darya: if you are anywhere near at&t park of the leaking you may have seen fliers posted looking

for this missing dodgers fan. this man is appeared-- believe to be the one who fell into the pier after the dodgers game last weekend. and if you remember we follow the coast guard search for the recovery effort for his body but nothing was found. the search was stopped and family members travel from los angeles hoping to find him. >> mark: the will and girlfriend of the late thomas kincaid will battle in court today. the girlfriend found his body when he died in april she said that she has and written notes that leaves her of the mansion and $10 million to establish a museum but his wife of 30 years disputes these claims and says that she wants full control of the estate they had been separated for more than two years when he died.

>> mark: the dow was of two buttons eat with on friday. wal-mart has been around for 50 years. >> darya: now the big stories we're following this hour the california highway patrol if convicted in a fatal accident that happened in petaluma early this morning actually overnight. they have not found the driver, and vallejo fire station no. 25 will reopen today after two years of being closed. federal grants have allowed hiring more firefighters and millions of people in the mid atlantic's are waking up again with no electricity and extreme heat. there were thunderstorms of a week in the knocked out power to millions and killed at least 16 people.

extra inspectors. we had a chance to talk with some people this morning and this is what they had to say about the option of hopping on the back. >> it is going to be the same thing, if he stopped at a muni bus stop of course not at 6:00 a.m., but if you do it on a busy day you have more people hopping on the back then on the front. >> what is the muni bus driver going to do stop transportation to kick someone off? they will not do that. >>anchor: critics are saying their concern is that with more people hopping in the back of bus drivers will be too concerned about looking in the mirror to make sure that everyone is on before they pull off and not to injure anyone. they say this will actually slow down service the muni disagrees. they say if the buses could just run one the alcohol factor that means they will pick up more

own house party. the 22 year-old linebacker was having a party where he lives in south bay over the weekend. he was stabbed. he had to stab wounds. two other people suffered gunshot wounds. all three will survive. investigators say there were about 100 people at that party and it was so chaotic and allowed that a lot of people did not even know they're ready shootings or stabbings. the nfl players neighbors say that they're not surprised at this. >> it does not surprise me. >> i was expecting something like this to happen eventually because when you hear parties every weekend, when you hear shootings very often. >> i have heard machine guns and all types of guns, and we have reported this to the police. >> it is a nightmare, you have a 49er player that moves in and it has been nothing but trouble every

sense. >> darya: no arrests have been made in this case in the 49er say they're happy that the injuries are not more serious and they're working with investigators to figure out what happened. last year smith said the franchise rookie record for sacks in season. >> mark: the show you where this happened that. there was a shooting in the area of mountain boulevard and later an car was found here on some kissed drive and there was a body inside with a gunshot wound. there's no suspect information and the identity of the victim has not been released. >> darya: apple agreed to pay a chinese company $60 million to settle the dispute over the ipad name. apple says that it purchased global rights to the ipad name from pro view. that was in 2009 in taiwan

but they say ownership was never transferred to the mainland. this will end a potential legal complication of selling the ipad and china which is one of apple's most important markets. >> justine: this just in, we are following the view at colorado's springs from the damaged and fire. the this used to be a row of houses but they have been destroyed by the fire. some 350 homes were taken down by the flames. several people were allowed to go back home on monday--one sunday night after some 30,000 people were evacuated because of the fire. it is now 45 percent contained is one of many that is burning across the west. but this is a picture of the damage from the fire and that was just into the kron4 newsroom. >> mark: thank you and will be right back. we do have a

>> darya: san francisco police are looking for whoever shot someone at 3:40 a.m. at the corner of jones. someone was shot seventh ones in the leg there was a crowd of people that were gathered there. the victim is an african-american male in his '40's and that is all they know about the victim right now. police are looking for the shooter. and the widow and girlfriend of the late artist that you see your thomas kincaid the two of them are facing off in a court battle today over a $66 million estate. his live-in girlfriend submitted hand written note saying that that showed she gets the mansion and the can million dollars to establish a museum for his paintings. but his wife of 30 years disputes those claims and she once told will access of
