>>pam: and the space city of albany a resident discovered something unusual when he went to the toilet in his homes back from. the tenant was surprised and shocked at the discovery and captured it all on video. >> it was here on solano avenue in downtown albany that a resident at this apartment complex says he went to use the bathroom in his apartment when all of a sudden, he looked down into the toilet and saw to eyes looking at him, it was announced. you have to see this for yourself. the tenant posted is video on youtube. as you can see, the small mouse is right there, caught in the bowl, swimming around. the tenant says that he was afraid to pick up the mouse for fear that it would fight him.

>>charles: right now you're looking at a liked the picture of a claim on the tarmac at sfo. people shining lasers at the aircraft is not a new problem but it is a serious one. this afternoon i spoke with the sheriff's department helicopter crew about the dangers that pilates face in the cockpit. the deputy here is the tactical flight observer, he writes shotgun and the department's helicopter. he says that while flying, their eyes are constantly at work. >> the pilates are looking for other aircraft as well as instrument gauge is to make sure that we will stay in the air. >> it's a laser beam like this one has the pilot's eyes, it can cause big problems. >> you are temporarily blinded. even low-power laser pointers like these can reach aircraft thousands of feet in the year. it is even worse at night. >> if you get hit in the

degree murder and the killing of a florida teenager. he is out on bond for a second time. there he is in a suit jacket. zimmerman is said to be headed to a safe house and then move to a more permanent home. he has hired a security team. fizz first bill was recalled after prosecutors say he misled the court about his finances. this time, many more restrictions. the deal is set at 1 million. he is not allowed to leave the state of florida or the county. new developments that he is a case that led to the death of a florida and amsterdam. the drum major with the school's marching band, he died after being badly beaten at the the incident. his fellow students beat him to death on a parked bus last year. just three days before that happened, the campus police chief ed dean of students feet suggested suspending the band but the school did not do it, choosing instead to talk about the problem. for a reason is just now becoming public.

the band has been suspended through the upcoming school year. some of the students face felony raising charges. in southern california, the father of this schizophrenic homeless man beaten to death by police is filing a lawsuit against the city of fullerton. european kelly thomas, he was killed a year ago. this is the one-year anniversary. it got a lot of attention and got three city council that ousted. three police officers are facing criminal charges. his mother has already received $1 million settlement from the city. there is some progress being made in wyoming. another big wild fire there. more than 16 square miles of burns. it is happening in the southeastern part of the state. fifth of the firefighters say they are getting cooler weather.

if >> the shooting happened here at this, in the second story bedroom. authorities have not confirmed to fire the gun that shot and killed the three year-old. they are giving some details about the family involved. the boy's father of its branded orlando, a patrol officer that has been with the san jose police department for nine years. neighbors say there were a few other children inside the homes when the shooting happened however officers say none of those kids were involved in the shooting. the santa clara county district attorney's office and medical examiner's office are now called in the investigation. gilroy police say they're looking into exactly how fire arms are stored. the orlando family is incredibly grief-stricken and were unable to talk.

>>j.r: sixteens are injured, one critically after the car they are in crashed into a tree. it happened at 1:30 a.m.. inside the car, 515 year- old and 113 year-old, no one of legal age to drive a car. police believe steve was a factor but they also founded year in the trunk. they do not know whether anyone in the car had been drinking. the owner of the car says he did not give anyone a reason to drive the car. he says that year belongs to him.

>> for people in total have been arrested and that merck charge of the case of marvin's need. >> a gilroy police are investigating what they're calling an accidental shooting of a three year-old boy. the shooting happened here at this home on cat with court. police did say that the boy died of his injuries on the way to the hospital. they are not saying who fired the gun but police did confirm that the father of this young boy is a patrol officer with the san jose police department. they are not releasing any more information about the incident but they did say that they are taking a close look at how firearms are stored at this home.
