the 15 year old driver had been--had to be removed they are in critical condition and remain in hospital. the parents say they did not know that the car had been taken. san francisco police arrested an 18 year-old man after a hit and run in the bayview district on friday. police said the driver slammed into another car about 8:00 p.m.. the 19 year-old pro from the car and died moments later.

yesterday it had just been red tagged. that means that they had to stop all work on the house and of the strange thing this is a second fire at the same house in less than one year. >> reporter: the house was under construction as i said, it had been a red tag and a fire broke out about 4:00 a.m. there was no one inside when the fire broke out. but fire officials when they got here were afraid that fires would spread to nearby houses. one house on the left-hand side sustained some damage to the the panel called but it was able to be prevented from spreading. the good news is that no one was inside of the house at this time. no one was living at--in the house because it was under construction. you can see the tractor in the front yard there. i just talked to the police and they said they will send out their fire investigators to
