tonight, the chancellor will outline preliminary plans to try and save the school. >> in san francisco, a special meeting of the board of trustees, it will be the first time tonight that we will hear from the board of trustees and chancellor since a report last week of the school at risk the school has financial and leadership problems in according to the report if it does not shape up it could lose its accreditation. that could be a devastating blow. without accreditation they cannot receive state funding which means most likely city college would have to close its doors. city college has an enormous student body, more than 90,000 people attended the school. it has 12 campuses. tonight at the meeting you also hear from the accreditation board and what they say the school has to do in order to clean up its act in keep its accreditation.

actually gave up her office today and may have turned that into the situation room. they have moved out of office so that they have a place to operate. coming up in 15 minutes, we should be hearing from the accreditation for for the first time outlining what this all has to do over the next couple months to clean up its act in to make sure that they can keep their accreditation. >>pam: a new twist in a case of child molestation at one elementary school in san jose. credit camera that you see here once worked at the school. he is charged with committing lewd acts on the tile. now, officials are also going after the school's principal saying that she knew what was going on and did not reported. investigators are accusing it, all with her of failing to report the child abuse after a parent can afford in october. the teacher was not arrested until january.
