>> mark: and elapid--and another developing story we are falling, police responded to the shooting around last night in the 6700 block near the colosseum. the 15 year-old boy was suffering from a gunshot wound he was found dead at the scene. no one is in custody for the shooting. the police stayed on the scene investigating for that crime. >> mark: earlier yesterday in an was founded in side of his car here. and investigators have already been busy with other shootings five people were shot on sunday and oakland city leaders are hearing from the police chief howard jordan about this increase in crime he says that it

solo reporter out there to give you more news faster. it looks like they are done on the cleaning up there? >> reporter: the for then he they have to make sure that there are no hot spots. it is definitely under control. i just spoke with one firefighter who told me that maybe there were like four young guys in their early 20s and they will go because the fire along with off. the house was full of smoke. turns out that they left a pan on the stove it was still cooking and that this will cause the fire. they were very lucky that they had fire alarms and that they were able to get out safely because you can see how quickly this fire
