>> mark: and welcome back to the kron4 morning news, let us check with traffic and weather starting with the hot spot. >> george: we have delays occurring northbound onto 38 meaning it is out with the nimitz freeway. this is also having an impact not only on the west bound ride that has doubled in castro valley it is normally a 10 minute drive but now it is 19 minutes, and now it is affecting the ride on interstate 880 south bound and it could affect the north bound a easy ride because people are slowing

sporting goods store. a man fired a shot into the ear he then grabbed to employees and then held hostage. after four hours police talked a suspect into surrendering but no one was injured. we are getting reports of the man suspected of a mass shooting that injured congresswoman that the giffords will plead guilty to federal charges. this report says that jarrett loss and will enter the plea tomorrow. psychiatrists are also expected to say that he is not competent to stand trial. he is suspected of shooting 19 people during a meeting creek in tucson of last year. six were killed. he will receive life in prison and if he does into the guilty plea. we will be right back as the kron4 morning news continues we have a live look at the golden gate bridge. so far we have light traffic across the bay.
