position until it gets fixed. they want to find out what happened and make sure that this does not happen again. here is the spokeswoman talking about the cause of the fire. >> last night at 6:30 p.m. we had a fire at our facility. the source of the fire is still under investigation. 20 response fighters were on scene to help to respond to the incident. >> will: here is video that we got from the fire that broke out around 6:30 p.m. last night. as far as the breeding situation this morning, everything gets back to normal. i have breathing problems and i am not having any problems whatsoever this morning.

they are having a controlled burn this morning. that means that they want to make sure that there is not a lot of pressure buildup. they're not sure what caused the fire. they do think that north was looking at the time and that is something that they will look into. people out here are asking if chevron will be able to be impartial and fair about this. when i asked at the news conference they said that outside agencies will help with the investigation, so regulators will be here to make sure that this is a fear transparent process. every now and then you may see a burst of flames going up around the chevron refinery but they say that is a safety device just to make sure that the hydrocarbon stay in place. now minor injuries there talking about the burned to the wrist and year as well as smoke inhalation and all three people were treated at the site. >> darya: you find that

everyone is satisfied with the way this was handled? >> will: we did ask them because we saw thick black smoke for hours. we asked the spokeswoman if that was normal how long would that take it that is normal? and she said they had all the firefighters, and mutual aid and all the people of the deputy chief says the situation is under control so she did not address whether or not they were happy with the response of she said was that everything was back to normal right now. as far as the plant is concerned they do not know how long that unit will be down or back up to start processing fuel. now people say that gives another reason for all oil companies to increase prices but she says that she would not speculate. she will not even speculate how much oil that particular unit processes to bring out to

>> darya: the shared laughter is expected to leave guilty today to the shooting that killed six people and wounded the arizona county commissioner --rep gabrielle giffords. >> darya: giffords was one of 13 people that was wounded and she has since retired from congress. the new information as authorities investigate what led up to sunday's deadly shooting rampage at a temple and wisconsin. six people were killed and four were wounded when a wave of michael page was seen opening fire. the first officer on the scene was ambushed while trying to help a victim. >> the officer was shot

>> justine: if we are following break the news out of san francisco the fire department is confirming that a building is zero and fire on ocean avenue and capitol ave. this is the angle side neighborhood. we have also learned that the "k" it's our block. we have sent a kron4 crew to get more information on this breaking news story. i think george will let us know more. again, breaking news there is a big fire in san francisco right now. i will have an update on new information in just a few minutes. >> darya: when we had the fire last night from the chevron station hundreds of people flocked here to the

doctor's medical center. that is where our solo reporter yolie is in san paul live to talk about what people were treated for an with the situation is like. >> darya: hello yolie, can you hear me? it looks like she may be away from her camera. but as we role in video last night you can see outside of the emergency room is where hundreds of people came to be treated because they were having problems breathing. there was the thick black smoke in the area and as they describe all smoke is toxic and it is so hard to breathe. the people were lined up to get treatment, good morning can you hear me? >> reporter: yes good morning i was just in the foam with a spokesperson at the doctor's medical center trying to get an update as to whether or not the people were already treated and released. i walked into the emergency room and it was pretty empty. at this point they're still trying to

access that. they know that they have people treated. we're hoping to get an update, we won an update of how the people turned out later today. but, it does seem that things have turned down. they did have a busy night in they responded pretty quickly because the fire started about 6:00 p.m. and that 6:30 p.m. they had the incident command center up and they were treating people all the way up to zero 11:30 p.m. --they were treating people all the way up to a 11:30 p.m. last night. this hospital was affected by the shelter in place and they definitely to their precautions and shut down some of their air- conditioning and some types --and as people are being treated in looks like most of them are being treated and if they are released or

not we are still waiting to hear about that. >> darya: let us get the information about the kaiser hospital what you see there this morning? >> reporter: it is an entirely different picture here this morning, i have been posted outside of the emergency room and i have not seen anyone here other than the security guard and hospital staff who are coming in and out. overnight we had as many as three people come in complaining of shortness of breath late last night into the early morning hours but none of the people were seriously ill. people could have delayed symptoms they could show up in the morning. other than that, the air is clear over here.

big story is a shelter in place is lifted for the thousands of people in the contra costa county that were concerned when the fire broke out at the chevron refinery. there is still a health advisory issued this morning, but we have our crews out and they do not smell smoke. bart stations are open, they have resumed a press conference this morning and they gave up dates of their investigation of which were not very much. will tran is live and their vehicle apologies the not vague on details about what happened and why. >> will: they were not big on the tel. they say they do not know and they were looking into reports that possibly there was a leak that happened but as far as how long it would take, they did not say. as you can see it is back to business as usual. people are and back and the refinery and the rest of the plant is back in operation except for the

part that caught on fire. here is video that shows the 80 firefighters forced people to stay with the shelter in place and close their windows. those that could not handle it went to the hospital to get themselves checked out. this morning we have learned that everyone has been accounted for. i am not just talking about the contractor's but also the chevron employees. there were some injuries during the fire and here is a spokeswoman talking about it. >> all employees and contractors are still accounted for we had a slight risk burn, we had a burn on and hear from one of our responders and then we had minor smoke inhalation. >> will: as far as this morning is concerned we do not see or hear, you cannot

see the flames or spoken need not hear the sirens. they are having a controlled burn this morning to release pressure. that is the same thing we see a typical day at the refinery, you see the flames go up just make sure that the hydrocarbon stay in place. i had a chance to talk with a spokeswoman as far as how will this will impact the production as far as the alpaca--as far as the price of fuel and she says at this point they will not speculate. >> darya: 90 say it's no fun up there we talk with the come to costa county department and they say it is fine, but there is this a health advisory, what is that health advisory? >> will: she did not talk about that, as far as she's concerned, things are back to normal. i can tell you that the spokeswoman did not talk about that but she
