investigating a stabbing that happen. here is the location. they shut down an area and reopened it around 5:30 a.m.. one person is in the hospital and no arrests have been made. will tran is following in another story that we are following this morning in richmond. he is following the latest after the refinery fire. in a few hours from now chevron will open up a hell--help center. one is that? >> will: it is not at the refinery is in the city of richmond so people will have better access to it. they are ready to go this opens up at 9:00 a.m.. you can see a banner is already here we expect people to show up within the next hour, or two hours. this will be a very busy day, or days. the reason because after the fire happened as many as 1700 people complain about

respiratory illnesses as well as eye irritations. many of them went to the hospital that night and they needed to be reimbursed and perhaps there was some property damage around here as well. they have to go in and file their claims. chevron says to be careful they are not proactively going out there seeking people you have to come here, and those people that are knocking at your door, or if they're calling you, they're not chevron representatives. they could be out there impersonating chevron, so you need to be careful as far as that is concerned. we wanted to show you the address. if you have already filed by phone, you do not have to come here. the address is 598 nevin ave. this will be open today from 9:00 a.m. until

looks like a really hot day. erica has the details. >> erica: good morning mark, as we take a live look at conditions we have a useful start the morning we have clear conditions for the inland areas and temperatures in the '60s. 66 degrees and antioch, 63 for those in fairfield, and as we check out today's high temperatures, it looked like we will not seek triple digits temperatures are expected to run a little bit cooler. it looks like we could see upper 90s and 99 specifically for fairfield, antioch, and livermore. we have 77 in oakland, 71 for downtown san francisco. if you want some relief head to the beach because we have perfect conditions and a much cooler weather day with a 71% in the upper 50s from monterey.

start to the friday commute, we are not tracking any hot spots. looking at the conditions around the east they have like traffic with the exception of highway 4. we have like traffic for the peninsula, the south bay and the north bay. the only slow traffic in these they are the two roads that i mentioned. >> mark: the developing story follow right now is connected with the richmond refinery fire. chevron is opening up a health center that wants to help residents wanted to file claims related to the fire. will tran is live at the help center. >> will: we saw the first person alive maybe 10 minutes ago, you can see him there just hasten back and forth. it is expected open into and a half hours, they expect hundreds if not more than thousands of people to arrive here the lines should be lumped of the morning.

>> will: i can tell you that man said he has had problems with his leg and his foot since the fire. whether or not that is legitimate, that is for them to decide. >> mark: right now in the east bay officers are investigating an early- morning shooting was one person dead and another injured. this happened all around 12:30 p.m.. --12:30 a.m. >> mark: 05 police trying to find out what a teenage mother was shot dead this wednesday night. they believe the 16 year old mother was walking out of a liquor store with a group of about five people. someone started walking up and shooting at them. turner died at the scene. they are not sure if the victim was

the intended target. the shooting also enter her friend, a 23 year-old man but they believe he will survive. police are still looking for a 19 and so that kidnapped and teen mother and her two month old baby at gunpoint. oakland police say that hernandez a salted his girlfriend and then kidnapped her and their two month old baby. the mother and child turned up at an oakland home police have not said if they drop off or whether or not they escaped. >> we want to know how did she get to this location and what transpired was the suspect to occur and the baby at gunpoint. some of those answers we hope to find from our investigation. >> mark: they say the man has a criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. a hazing
