refinery. some of that damage that was done and it is substantial. one of these cooling towers that leak. that far left corner is a fire truck completely this destroyed and the ruptured pipe. this corridor however, still difficult for the investigators to gain access. what they have determined sofar about the incident. >> the fire remains at this point hazardous for human entry. no investigators were able to approach closer to about 10 ft. to the pipe where the failure occurred on monday. you can see what appears to be and several inches large within a regular and jagged edge. that severed
