sketch of the man they believed killed the b5 year- old. he is described as an african-american male. this surveillance video shows the car that the police say the suspect and several others fled the scene of the crimean. this is a 2006 through 2009 chevy impala, it is for the door, it is either silver or a light color. gabriel martinez was with his mother and family at their taco trucks on december 30, 2011 are around 9:00 p.m. when he was walking through the parking lot with his father and was shot. he later died at children's hospital. >> justine: we now have our first look at the damage done inside of the chevron refinery that erupted last week. smoke sent hundreds of people to hospitals. after days of waiting, officials

had a close-up look. they still cannot get into the actual pipe that was damaged but at a news conference yesterday federal agents explain what was preventing them from getting a closer look at what they have found out so far. >> at this point it is not safe for any human entry. no one has been able to approach closer than about 10 ft. of where the failure occurred on monday. >> during the november 2011 shutdown the 12 in. line was found to be corroded. it was then replaced. this line was not replaced and we are trying to figure out the decision about what to keep this line in service. >> justine: this is a look as several other pictures released by investigators, they're showing us the damage done to a cooling tower and then a destroyed

biggest blaze this right now take a look. on this map i have marked some of the largest wild fires using the red icons. let us move into southern california. several wildfires have burned more than several thousand acres. in northern california, the firing clear lake is still going strong although some me evacuees are being allowed to return home, other wildfires have charred more than 60,000 a. across the board. further north in washington a fast-moving fire in the middle of the state has destroyed more than 60 homes and forced more than hundreds of evacuations. on sunday 20 year-old firefighter with the u.s. forest service was killed by a falling tree. finally, crews in southwestern utah are dealing with to blazes. those wildfires have burned

more than 7,000 a.. >> justine: for the second time this week at the shell refinery in martina's officials say a leak cents a strange smell into the ear making a lot of people very worried. kay thompson has the very latest. >> reporter: 2 incidents in two days at the shell oil refinery. there was a strong smell of propane that caused county health officials to issue a health warning for about two hours. anyone with a respiratory problem for told to stay indoors and shelter in place order was issued. the refinery does not know what caused to the equipment to malfunction but it is completely shut down and no workers were injured. >> usually we are able to

start with what is on tap today. we have some high clouds to contend with the overall conditions with no problems of visibility. temperatures will range from the '60s to the low 90s and a little bit cooler compared to what we enjoyed yesterday. as we head into tomorrow we have very little change into the forecast. it is passed tomorrow into the weekend that we have the potential for wet weather. we have dry conditions as we start the next work week. i will have details coming up in your seven day around the bay forecast. for satellite and radar we do have some cloud coverage that is bugging the coastline. our future forecast shows by 12:00 p.m. we have '60s and '70s and for the most part we could see some 80's for places like concord and livermore. as we pushed closer to 3:00 p.m. you're acting high temperature show much more in the way of green indicating 60 through the coast, we have '70s rock heart of the day and it looked like the purple indicates triple digits. in

afternoon investigators still do not know how it started. three buildings were destroyed. there are still some evacuation's in spring valley although most people have been allowed to return back to their homes. and we have something coming out of new york to tell me from an explosion, that was a house. this home just exploded. an 18 month old toddler was killed and a dozen injured including six members of the house will including several first responders they got there. some patients were hospitalized with serious injuries. neighbors said this blast was so powerful that the debris flew into their home and fell down to the ground as rock. and officials believe that gas may be responsible for this. it is pretty incredible to see what remains. >> mark: on to the air traffic and we have an update on your morning ride.

we are live from the scene this morning. >> george: we are looking at the east bound side of the freeway that is traffic coming from the rich in san raphael bridge and heading back towards interstate 80. now the trailer overturned here is giving the load of scrap metal onto the roadway. for awhile, these east bound name of i-58001 of--the fees down lanes of interstate 580 were obstructed but thankfully that is gone now. now we have one made of the on ramp that is blocked here. there may be some delays coming up from the street but i do not expect this for the next hour or so to be huge problem. now when the sun comes up and people can see all the debris on the side of the road we could have a

huge visual hazard. this could likely take some time to clear kenneth and this is also a problem on interstate 580. as we switch over to the traffic map, do not believe what you see on the sensors. this yellow traffic in fact is not there. that is a sensor anomaly. but here west bound just before highway 13 we have a pickup truck that has overturned and the slow lane. so, slow traffic is coming up from the castro valley towards downtown oakland. this backup is likely to grow for a while. so, they could bid would be to use interstate 80. also use the nimitz freeway instead to get through san leandro and downtown oakland and avoid the mac arthur freeway interstate 580. here is a bridge check as we mature ride to the bay bridge that is problem free with no delays. we still only have a
