traffic is backed-up on westbound interstate highway 80 wednesday after a big-rig carrying a crane hit a pedestrian overcrossing in san pablo. chunks of concrete spilled onto the roadway, a california highway patrol spokesman said. the big-rig hit the crossing and a traffic light on the san pablo dam road on-ramp. chp officer sam morgan said the accident was reported at 8:37 a.m.. a sig-alert was issued at 9:26 a.m. for the two right lanes of the highway that were blocked by the vehicle. no one was injured in the crash, but the crossing sustained damage as did the truck and crane, morgan said. >>reporter: here you can see this huge cash - gash..eeven the steel reebar was corroded
