chevron refinery in richmond. investigators are looking into two scenarios. one theory is that the fire heaters used in the refinery could have sparked the fire a another possibility under investigation is a responding emergency vehicle a fire truck if it provided a spark. we are also learning more about the class-action lawsuit that was filed against chevron. last monday that a giant fireball was sent in the air and because of the thick black smoke thousands of people fled to the hospitals and they are getting in on this class action lawsuit against chevron. it is the first one so far to the file. attorney john burris and his team have filed the lawsuit and they're seeking an undisclosed amount of money. they accused chevron of failing to take precautions and harming families from last week's
