found dead saturday in brentwood, monday the lab results showed that this bird had an acute case of west nile virus. this is the 60 the bird that tested positive this year, four were found in brentwood. more concerning, seven of the eight groups of mosquitoes that were found to be infected in the county also came from the same city. the mosquito's can transmit this virus to the humans. the county has found more mosquitos infected with the virus than last year. >> this year is definitely worse for the west nile virus that has been in the past. >> reporter: the county has been taking preventive measures like treating storm drains and sprang. this most recent was found on this woman's property. she is now hanging this to catch any
