highest in the '80s. i cannot think we will see warmer weather until the second week of september. now as we take a live look outside at the walnut creek camera over interstate 680, we see a little the cloud coverage what it looks like there conditions and plenty of sunshine as we head into the afternoon. in terms of the temperatures right now we see 54 the most part, 53 waking up in san raphael, 59 in oakland and a little bit warmer for the east bay locations. by about 3:00 we will see '60s, '70s and '80s for the most part we are working with a tight range of numbers. we will not see much in a way of fifties. by 6:00 p.m. we will see '70s notice a gradual cool down and in terms of the afternoon high temperatures will see where they are expected to go neighborhood by neighborhood. fremont could reach 72 degrees we

have identified who was on parole or probation with the sexual assault. we have increased patrols in areas where we have seen the sexual assaults of curling. >> justine: no arrests have been made in the most recent assault, a $5,000 reward is being offered in that case. >> justine: gov. jerry brown spent the day in san francisco on wednesday were some children are back in school. the district is just one of many in the state that faces budget cuts. the governor says the approval of his tax plan this november is the only way to save the state's schools. >> we can help our schools we can help universities, we can prevent massive cuts.
