>> justine: the west nile virus is getting worse in the bay area officials have found between one dead birds that have tested positive west now. one and walnut creek, one and antioch and in oakley a crow was discovered near o'hare park

middle school. to mosquito samples were found in brentwood. that makes the 11 samples so far this year. maureen kelly was with the crew that tested the crow that was found and also what they uncovered from the mosquito samples in brentwood. >> reporter: we didn't know this dead crow that you see with a carrier of the west nile virus as it made in the lab, that finding came hours later after the scientist swat to the inside of the birds throat and then it did tests on that sample. even though 23 birds have already tested pocket they have no plans of all to the testing. >> first we want to know the area where the problem

attention to the weather because that is what we have been talking about. temperatures start to climb as the start the next work week. taking a look at the conditions out in walnut creek we do have some clout coverage police are sure to see the sunshine as we head into the afternoon. fog tracker shows that fog is really blanketing the bay area. as we head into the afternoon we will see blue skies and did not be surprised if you do not see the sun shine at all if you're closer to ocean beach. that is the forecast for the coastline. let us take a look at the numbers for you neighborhood by neighborhood. these are very similar conditions to what we saw yesterday. we could

see 87 trickle in for antioch and the remark, 86 degrees on tap for pittsburg, 83 over in danville and this will be a pretty mild afternoon for the east bay shoreline. 60 degrees is a common member for berkeley and oakland. navato was coming in at 75 degrees, 60 for downtown san francisco and upper 50s for ocean beach. it looks like we are contending with a narrow range of numbers as we head into the afternoon the microclimates are not as developed and not as apparent to what we saw last week. to not be surprised if you continue to the morning fog and drizzle waking up. we have cooler conditions into the afternoon also sunshine is expected if you like warm weather it looks like that could make a comeback in the latter part of the week. now quickly looking at the america's cup races today we have temperatures in the upper fifties and low 60s with partly cloudy conditions. we do have a small craft

police officers responded to the building behind me there was an anonymous tip of some suspicious items. the officers responded they made an accessment and they thought the items were suspicious and hazardous. they called the bomb squad and together they went into the basement and located between 12 and 15 sections of pipe. they contained a substance. there was some ammunition as well what's my secret for sunday lunch?
