people are in the process of going in there but it is still under investigation even though you no longer have the bomb squad here on site as well as the fire department, but you can see how this is all clear right here. but a show you the of the video when it was at the heat of the moment it was past midnight when they got an anonymous tip of suspicious items are possible explosives. a police unit came on and check this out they did see this as suspicious and they got the bomb unit out here. they were able to get in there and investigate what it is and they were able to clear it safely by about a half-hour ago. we did talk with a sergeant and he did explain what was they found inside the basement of that building us take a listen. >> there were 12 to 16 sections of pipe upon further investigation they determine that these items were not hazardous.

>> reporter: by the time officers arrived they found the 18 year-old shot and killed in this area they said he was a hispanic male. homicide investigators have been here for more than seven hours taking measurements and removing any possible evidence. the victim was shot at least >> darya: the man accused of stabbing and another man to death at a safeway grocery michael paul howard was taken into custody yesterday. >> we are still looking

into the circumstances of the homicide and were there not there was a connection with the suspect and victim whether or not they knew each other. we do not know if it was some type of dispute or to some random act. >> darya: police have stepped of their patrols but they insist that that safeway is safe. >> mark: we are watching tropical storm isaac. the latest track that we have is in a little farther to the west. still, the tropical storm warnings are posted right now for haiti. the track of the storm takes this over cuba and it looks like towards key west florida as a tropical storm early monday morning. there's still some flooding rain as well as storm surge.
