new developing story a fire broke out just after 430 this morning inyoloy court. firefighters still there. what's the latest? there's a fire truck leaving the scene followed probably by another a few moments from now. the fire department got here very quickly it did not take long to put the fire out. here is fire. video from the fire. it started on the second- floor unit. a woman had to escape by climbing out of the window and climbing onto the roof top. the san jose

police department got here before the fire department. they got her down using their own ladder. everything is destroyed and they cannot go in there at this time. she suffered a minor injury, she is being looked at right now by an ambulance worker. a firefighter on the scene was injured by getting too close to the flames. fortunately everyone managed to get out. two people still unaccounted for. they found no bodies inside the cell is believed that those people got out. they are calling their cell phones to see if they got out. a neighbor looked out of the window. .
