>> he is 11 years old he is in a hospital in serious condition. if a show a picture of him. you can see a bullet went through the wall. his name is the least antonio. he was shot in one of his lungs. the family was kind enough to let us walk through the place to show how it was riddled with bullets. the bullets went through multiple walls at least 16 shots. he was in one of the bedroom sleeping with his older brother they're all asleep at the time the also lives there. all of a sudden out of nowhere shots rang out leases older brother you sleep with les walk us through what happened. >> i heard gunshots out of

nowhere. and then someone put me on the ground and i heard a gate down, get down. bin when i got up i checked my brother and i went to check my uncle and my grandmother and other brothers and sisters. i see bullet holes on the walls there was a bullet hole that almost hit my other brother. when i checked the car i saw my brother come out with blood all over him. he was still conscious he did not know what happened. his legs were covered with blood. my t-shirt had blood everywhere. when the

i talked to the oakland police department at this point they do not have a description of the suspect. according to francisco his local saw somebody speed away from this area, possibly in a white civic we will give permission from the police upon a spokeswoman later this evening. >> quickly before we let you go what is the situation now. >> investigators are gone because it has been five hours since the shooting. it's near the oakland airport just off of 98 is relatively quiet it on the other side of 880. you can see homes well-kept it looks like... lots of people share this building, according to francisco he has no idea why anyone would do this or go after his family like

their cars at the time. when the gas pump exploded. the quick thinking of the gas station employee managed to turn off the emergency shut off valve of the fire did not spread. two other cars completely destroyed as well as the cavalier and the gas station itself. major damage it will be a significant time before the gas station is the open. i'm not exactly sure what caused the accident. the driver of the chevy cavalier is being cooperative with police no charges have been filed yet. that is still to be determined. there were people standing just feet away when the cavaliers struck the pump. you can see the damage done you saw the video earlier. the good news is no one was hurt not even the driver of the cavalier. >> a lot of damage there martinez thanks a lot jacki.

>> welcome back to the kron 4 morning news. the top stories police are investigating two different shootings that sent four people to the hospital including an 11 year-old boy. you can see where these bullets struck home. this first shooting happened on seminary st the 3600 block. and the next on the 200 block of the macon road district. that 11 year-old was hit while sleeping he is in serious condition at the hospital. >> this gas station in martinez at nights after this driver collides. you can see in-martinez as that driver with multiple cars damaged in this fire. firefighters were able to put this out yesterday at 5:30 luckily, no injuries. >> and the space shuttle, in
