district. >> this is a video that shows what happens seconds at the crash. to people were killed yesterday morning after a driver crashed into a liquor store. >> this all happened after police pulled over the driver of this black car. >> shots were fired near the valencia gardens public housing complex if and the car fixed description. but as officers walk over, he sped off. >> the guy was stopped he did not want to get caught he took off. because of his trying to get away crashed into the other car it took out to lights. >> the suspect is in hospital with is expected to recover. police are still try to figure out how fast he was going. >> in san jose a naked man armed with an assault rifle and a samaurau sword surrendered. following a tense three hour standoff with police. >> here is video from sky 7

abc news. it shows the man trying to make a run for it as police moved in. he tried to jump a fence, but fell down and finally dropped a sword before being arrested. >> the man has been identified as 29 year-old coco bennett. >> his statement was when he got out of the vehicle you will have to kill me. the officers for safety reasons, stood back and called in reinforcements. >> the sword and assault weapons taken from the truck were shown by police. san jose police officers are looking into what prompted the suspect at the way he did, including the state of mental health and whether drugs or alcohol were factors. >> is being booked on charges of grand as it is sort in possession of an assault rifle. >> new this morning police say pop rothesaparazzi photograr
