in a fairfield park. genelle conway-allen's body was discovered on friday. kron 4's grant lodes shows us where she was last seen alive and where her body was found. >> this is a few points of interest. where she was last seen. here's a map showing a few new points of interest, and where genelle was last seen. she left her suisun city home thursday morning, went to school at green valley middle school thursday. did not come home thursday aftrnoon and was reported missing about 6:00 thusday night. the images we just saw of genelle were from late afternoon thursday at the intersection of east tabor and grande circle in faircield. that's more than 3 miles from where her body was found early friday morning.at allan witt park. that is the latest. >> pam: that is the last picture of genelle taken.

anticipate releasing more information any day now. haazig madyun kron 4. >> pam: developing right now -- these are the latest photographs that they have released. if anybody has information, to contact the police department. will have more on this at 6:00 p.m. also, just released study shows the bay area is one of the worst spots for commuters in the country. and new tonight -- kron4 has uncovered what's being done about it. justine waldman is live in san francisco with the plans to ease traffic congestion. but first -- charles clifford reports from the newsroom. with a closer look some of the worst hotspots. >> reporter: a 2011 study by texas a and am listed 40 of the most congested roadways in the country. a congested roadway is considered a stretch of road where the

average speed drops to less than half of the normal more than 4 hours per week. the bay area had 4 spots in the top 40. these are places that won't come as a surprise to most bay area commuters. making the list was this 3 and half mile stretch of west bound highway 24 in the east bay. this is where traffic bottlenecks on a daily basis trying to get through the caldecott tunnel. next, this 8 and a half mile section of the bayshore freeway. this is west bound interstate 80 from cutting boulevard to the bay bridge toll plaza. also, the opposite direction of 80 made the list, from cypress street to university avenue in berkeley. and finally, in san francisco, east bound interstae 80 from 101 to treasure island made the list. this is the western approach to the bay bridge in the newsroom, charles clifford kron 4 news. thought >> pam: our team coverage continues now. with kron 4's justine waldman in san francisco. justine, you just spoke with local traffic officials

the winners and losers on wall street -- including now for today's market update. stocks gain back most of what they lost during monday's selloff. thanks to several strong earnings reports and a surge in home prices. on wall street. the dow picked up 99-points to close just shy of 14-thousand. the nasdaq gained 40-points. and the s-and-p-500 rose 15-points to close above 15-hundred. the justice department filed a civil lawsuit against standard and poor's. the alleged charges is that s and p engaged in a scheme to defraud investors in financial products. they say s and p mislead investors including many federally insured institutions, causing them to lose billions of dollars. the alleged misdeeds occurred during the housing

6-- >> pam: tonight, kron4 is learning the identity of two suspected thieves targeting homes in the east bay. while families are on vacation. the suspects got their hands on a newspaper's subscriber hold list. kron 4's terisa estacio joins us now with what we know of the two men. note >> reporter: this is certainly a developing story. police sources are telling they just got new information on this case they are working on. here's what we know right now. kron four just got pictures of the suspects in this case. take a look at these two men, police say they are the primary suspects. on the left is 22 year old morgan scales of antioch, on the right, 28 year old patrick piazza. both were arrested for vehicle theft. scales was also busted for being in possession of burglary tools. piazza was also booked for violating his parole.

both are in custody in alameda county jail. the two were arrested on 5- 80 in posession of a stolen dodge magnum. this was after police say they stole another car, a honda c-r-v in walnut creek. police are now looking for several other suspects involved in this elaborate crime ring. police believe the two stole the honda suv when they broke into this home in walnut creek. police say the two targeted the home because they knew the resident was on vacation. somehow the two were able to obtain a newspapers vacation hold list - providing addresses of residents out of town. besides the car. police say the suspects stole some personal property. police also say that they believe this is a much bigger crime spree. they are now looking back at home burglaries for the past several months. and believe the two and several others suspects could be connected to a large number of break ins. and it is not just in walnut creek. but the subscriber vacation hold list included
