track nothing will change. you continue to do your fast track that you would normally. you only have to pay $5 as opposed six. the of the plows and other new ones. one day by license plates. you can register your license plates when it takes a picture of your license plates as you go to the toll plaza they will build it and you block. >> the last one that is the one that is more concern for people who have not had to pay at. that is the one where you have to go through the toll plaza get an invoice and if you don't pay the invoice within 21 days yet to that fine. it is paid by invoice. there are three options they're trying to get the word out. they want most people to go ahead and switch over to fast-track as the most convenient. in fact, like some of the people come through the toll plaza on the morning commute have fast track. they want to get the word out. soon no stopping at the toll plaza hoping to improve traffic
