was in 2000. >> in 2006 in hawaii he was accused of raping two different women while serving in the military. he was not charged in either alleged rape. >> in 2007 he was arrested in portland, ore. on a series of charges. >> he was speaking on a woman while she was showering. he removed the the screen with a stick. he had a gun in that incident. >> he was arrested for peeping and prowling on a male victim. >> in santa cruz was charged with public intoxication just last friday. >> earlier that night he made unwanted sexual advances toward her at her home. >> detectives were investigating the on wanted to sexual events on a fellow employee of goulets thursday.

partnership with abc seven news. the incident happened when an unidentified gunman, who opened fire on a group of students standing in the area. one male teenager was hit and transported to the hospital where he is now in good condition. authorities say, the boy was not the intended target, and still in fe suspect. >> the san francisco woman accused of a fatal crash in the twin peaks there was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence. police say, gina wenice was intoxicated when her vehicle slammed into it before pedestrian and took them off. one of the victims later died. her bail was set at $2 million. >> we will be back with more and a look at your traffic and head

>> the golden gate bridge is not all are only area of dense fog. some of our other interior dollars are not seeing much. we have limited visibility in napa and santa rosa. >> temperatures mainly in the '40's. a couple of spots dropping to the upper '30's. >> san francisco 49. 45 in concord. taking a look at the visibility chart we're down to zero driving around santa rosa. a half mile in napa. visibility now about 7 mi. from oakland. 3 tenths of a mile in mountain view. we have some fog no doubt about that. into the 6:00 hour we are dealing with widespread fog affecting most of the bay area. that will burn off and we will see sunshine and blue skies into the afternoon. temperatures are expected to be the warmest day of the week. 71 and fremont. 73 for santa clara. 72 in redwood

activity right at the toll plaza. >> fortunately traffic is light. this will wrap before the 5:00 hour. it is not producing any delays. >> at the san mateo bridge no problems getting to the bridge unless you are on the span. we're seeing tops speeds working your way closer to the high-rise. >> last but not least. the ride at the golden gate bridge there is overnight road work affecting some of the southbound lanes. pretty easy ride no accidents to report. areas of dense fog if you are driving out of marin county. james. >> thank you erica. our developing story continues to be the situation in santa cruz for the county sheriff's department officials say police detective loran baker and elizabeth butler were into during jeremy goulet when he shot them by surprise. sheriff filled wowak and the suspect had been interviewed for about 20 minutes when he

ambushed detectives. >> he ambushed an assault in the officer taking them down within seconds. >> authorities set goulet then took the office guns and stow acres car. he was eventually cornered at a nearby apartment blcomplex and killed during a gunbattle with authorities. >> we're getting a clearer picture of how events unfolded in santa cruz this past tuesday kron fours charles clifford shows us the sequence of events. >> we have a video of the house. this is where goulet lived. just after 3:00 p.m. to detectives were speaking to him through a screen door when he pulled out a gun and shot the officers at close range killing them both. he then stole their weapons and use their car to flee the scene. there was actually a third person injured in this initial shooting. police said a bullet from goulets
