erratically on foothill boulevard. one officer stopped him, at pac-man allegedly drove directly at the police car attempting to ram it. the officer fired several shots at the oncoming vehicle, which crashed into the patrol car door. the suspect then got out of the driver's seat and ran a short distance before collapsing from injuries sustained in the crash. his passengers suffered at least one gunshot wound indicted the scene. police say this would not have happened the suspect had just complied with the officer. >> if people just comply from my experience you do not end up in the situation. >> the identity of the passenger has not been released. that was the fourth shooting involving an officer in the bay area this weekend. the first serpent and early saturday morning when the daly city officer shot and killed a man who
