faster, let's go to kron4 jackie sissel is live from the 17th and mission streets. >> that left the scene here admissioat the mission. we do nt have a lot of information, let's look at the video and what we do know. according to police around to 20 this morning they got a report of a group fighting in that alley here at clary on and mission. when they got here that is what i discovered 18 big them with a single stab wound on a mission street. the victim was taken to stanford as the general hospital in serious condition. that was the last update that we do have on the victim. we also know that one person was detained at the scene. police are not calling that person a suspect at this point but they say that one person has been detained. mission street was closed for several hours between 16th and 17th streets. that open

investigators have left the scene on mission street. they were here earlier this morning for several hours and investigating that stabbing. police said they received a call around to 20 a.m. this morning on a sunday 100 block of is in street between 17th and 18th street. there were a group of people fighting, out when they got here they discovered a single bid them with a single stab wound to the abdomen. at that point he was transported to sam francisco general hospital in serious condition. that was a last update that we had on the big them. we also know that one person was detained out here. they're not calling that person a suspect at this point. there does say that one person was detained out here. investigators were out here for several hours, mrs. tree was closed between 17th and 18th street. they just pulled up stakes about a hour ago. it is still a

minutes now. it is a major delay. it is also having a big impact on the bay bridge commute. there is no traffic here at the bay bridge toll plaza. normally we would see traffic backed almost the macarthur maze. we would even see 880 approach backed up. all of the it backed up traffic is still at the bay bridge, as that at the east or freeway. the san mateo bridge ride is problem free with the drive times at 13 minutes. the golden gate bridge, 1 01 southbound is still pretty light. we're not looking at any major problems or delays through marin county on 1 01 southbound. >> help was on the way for an east palo alto creek which is from the flooding. governor jerry brown has signed a state of ammar is the proclamation for san mateo county and the secular, and san francis- quito creek. city leaders
