scene, around 9:40 p.m. last night investigators are still wondering how the person managed to get on top of the elevator. i just got up there myself and it is nearly impossible. they are scratching their heads. when a man got in the elevator, he hit a button to go up and on the way up he heard a crash. the crunch turned out to be a homeless man. they did find some items on top of the elevator, they're still trying to find out of those items actually belong to him. his name is not being released but i can tell you that it has not been a problem moving back and forth. that particular elevator that takes you from muni to the concourse has been shut down. all of the other elevators are in business this morning. >> people working in san jose was the minimum wage go up today. workers will be
