arrested a man in connection with a firearm and honda turned out to be a marijuana grow house. the fire happened on tuesday. police say rory mark ward was the owner of a home. ward was arrested during a traffic stop. fire officials say that the fire started in the basement. the home electrical system bypass the the pg&e meter and the fire appeared to be electrical in nature. no one was living in the home at the time of the fire. >> a newly unsealed document has revealed that the man charged with the threat to kill off state senator the land he allegedly said that e-mail calling himself " a trained marine sniper " with " 39 confirmed kills and afghanistan. rest of the week. that is after someone wrote a threat to stupes students. the disturbing message was found yester day on the wall of the girls' bathroom at foothill high school. the message says " i hate everyone at this school, watch me shoot everyone on march 14th. " officials think it was written by one of the female students. >> we want to make sure that if this person and wanted to do this threat that they will be watched. the police is there because they do want students to come to them and sharing information that they have. >> on the screen you concede foothill high school. the police are bare. school officials say that the message may be a cry for help. they want the person who wrote it to come forward. anyone with information can contact

squad valley they have a base of 125 in.. >> we are tracking a south bay hot spot. there is a hot spot on 1 01 in the north on direction. it is at mckee road where the left line was blocked. it has had an impact on the drive time. this atypically would of been about 23 minutes from coyote valley but now we're looking at 29 to 30 minutes. highway 87 is your best bet as an alternate route. looking at the bridges, the bay bridge westbound is running at 16 to 18 minutes. the san mateo bridge and 92 the volume is building up the drive time is still about 11 minutes. the golden gate bridge is still a problem. 41 01 southbound. the time now is 6:53 a.m.
