roof of the lower deck. this missed the floor of the upper deck of the bay bridge. this is eastbound of the island. here's a look at the vehicle that is not pulled over perry ed it is not blocking any lanes but the lower deck of the bay bridge and the center line is blocking just east of the island. there is concrete debris and the roadway. caltra are looking at the bridge to make sure that any more damage has not been done. they have the center lane closed off in order to pick up the debris that was knocked loose when the reds went past the bridge. caltran has the center lane closed and so far the impact is minor. >> there has been an accident at fremont at 880
