garage was going to get collected today. i talked with a lot of people. who told me trash in this neighborhood usually gets picked up at 5 in the morning, and many were surprised to see their bins still on the street and full. when they got home. we found out garbage did not get picked-up because of a solidarity strike. workers with allied waste services in ohio are on strike. and to show their support, local teamsters also did not report to work today. back out here live people who didn't get trash collected today. have to wait until next thursday. and trash will not get picked up here on friday either. coming up at 6 hear how people out here feel about this stinky situation. live in daly city justine waldman kron 4 news. >> pam: right now -- stormy

19-year-old nicolas cendoya was also found. both hikers were dehydrated and weak. there are no details tonight on whether kyndall had other injuries. the two teens had called for help sunday - saying they couldn't find their car. but their cellphone battery tied before rescuers could pinpoint their location. one of the rescuers fell today -- a reserve deputy who suffered a head injury and has also been hospitalized. >> dramatic video tonight. and police say it's more of the same from the man who drove his car into a san jose walmart easter sunday. we now have surveillance video of what police say is same guy crashing a different car into the capitol car wash in san jose back in december. take a closer look. keep your eyes right here. haamid zaid is going to blast right through the customer entrance. his lexus fully enters the store. now watch this employee.

a terrifying moment for her. she has to run for safety as the car comes barreling right towards her. pushing the shelving and counter.the woman would have been pinned against the back wall if she hadn't moved so quickly. then you can see zaid get out of the car. he climbs up on this counter. the 33-year old then goes and hides in the bathroom. police say he's in there for about 15 minutes. police show up.guns drawn. zaid eventually comes out of the bathroom and is arrested on the other side of his car. officials say zaid admitted to snorting meth before everything was misdemeanor.zaid bailed out. and then a few months later.the very similar incident at walmart. kron four's rob fladeboe reports that prosecutors are now adding charges.trying to make sure zaid doesn't crash through any more stores any time soon. >> reporter: this is the man who police and prosecutors say has a long history of

dangerous, drug-fueled behavior behind the wheel. 33-year old haamid zaid, wearing an orange jailtunic but no restraints of any kind, quietly conferred with his attorneys at the hall of justice thursday where he was charged with >> specifically his actions before smashing through the doors at wal-mart. >> reporter: in a new development, prosecutors now say that even before zaid crashed through thru these now-plywood covered front doors of the walmart and attacked customers and before he drove wildly around the parking lot hitting two cars, there were reports zaid was doing the neighborhood before heading to the walmart. his attorney says the attempted murder charge is off-base. >> the charges that he was are rusted for on attempted murder was in specific content to murder the persons. >> reporter: zaid is also charged with two counts of assault for crashing his car

trip. air force one. marine corps one. a fleet of bulletproof vehicles a small army of federal, state and local security personnel. (ka-ching) the president does not travel cheap. how much are all of us taxpayers paying for the presidential visit? the answer is. we will never know. the white house does not reveal that information. what we do know is this air force one, the modified boeing 747 that brought him here, costs about 180=thousand dollars an hour to fly. on purely political trips, whether it's campaigning or fundraising, the president has to reimburse the government.

vessel was originally scheduled to travel between the c and d towers of the bay bridge, but at the last minute, despite heavy fog and strong currents in the water, captain kleess ordered the ship to change course and pass between the d and e towers. moments later the vessel struck the e tower, causing more than a million dollars in damage. captain kleess has said that he made the course change because a radar becon the bay bridge was malfunctioning. the report confirms that claim, but says that kleess made several other errors that contributed to the accident. first, he failed to use all of the navigation tools available to him. specifically, he relied on a single piece of radar equipment and ignored a second system. next, the report says the captain failed to communicate effectively with the ship's crew. they note that another member of the bridge staff, the ship's master, was talking on a satellite phone moments the report concludes by saying that captain kleess"" did not use ordinary care of an expert in his profession when directing the movement of the overseas reymar and that there was misconduct committed by capt. kleess" the board of pilot commissioners will now decide if captain kleess
