near san francisco state university, with more on what happened. >> that must be the cat in question? >> yes. that is the cabin question. you can see the cat that was reported stolen earlier this morning. you can see crime scene detectives going over it. i am on the campus of san francisco state university. this started on 19th avenue are around 3:00 a.m. this morning when the report came out of a stolen cab. at that point san francisco police department spotted that. there are tracking on satellite. at that point the chase was on. we have video of the chase. it was all around the streets of san francisco on 280. it went down a deposit of back on 280 and ultimately came all the way back here to san francisco state. >> when it was here id careened into a parking area. the suspect catamaran
