chase was under way. that retracting a the cap via satellite for a while but the chase itself was through 280 in the up by at&t park aback on today all the way out to pacifica pier it made a u-turn there in came back down to 80 and ultimately ended up here on the campus of san francisco state where at that point the driver of a stolen that got out of the car while it was a drive and started to leave on foot. >> police made at chase and ultimately set up a perimeter searching the area for the suspect with no luck at that point. we did have a chance to top one of the students at south as a state. he was on the campus while the cat came in. let us listen to what he had to say about the incident. >> we were just riding around on campus on our long boy. we came to the humanities building and site taxicab roll up and this guy
