>> last but not least a clear look at the golden gate bridge no incidents to report as you work your way out of the north bay. >> anny it >> thank you erica. we're following a developing story out of antioch were police are investigating a shooting that happened around 11 last night. if this is video from the scene. three people were shot of the 2500 block of york shire ever knew in antioch. one of the victims and did die at the scene, two other female victims, had been taken to hospitals. no word on their conditions this morning. we will bring you updates as they become available. >> another developing story this time in san jose where firefighters found a burning body. officials say the body was found in the brush on the northbound state route 85 on ramp rampcottle road shortly after 950 last night. no word on whether the body is a male or female. there was no car nearby. but fire officials tell us there signs of a

homeless encampment in the area. the fire was on the control about 1030. officials do not know of the blaze was accidental or suspicious. san jose police are still investigating. there no additional details about the body. >> the oakland police department is reemphasize in a program that is believed to reduce crime. the department said last night at the community say the meeting that operation cease-fire is now in full effect. this is the main tool being used to reduce homicide and violence. police chief howard jordan says of the last few months some gang members have taken the band of the street outreach programs. >> will see a dramatic decrease in a groove and gang murders and shootings that special group and a gang m. >> police and community are addressing crime problems

together. >> operations cease-fire is part of a large reduction crime plan. the goal is to get the community involved, reduce the number of shootings, and also reduced incarcerations right. >> and oakland a gang associated testified yesterday that a 17 year-old boy was one of the three people fired shots that killed a 23 year old baby. during a preliminary hearing the gang associates testified that the shot intended for a rival gang were fired by 17 year-old frederick: other gang members. the baby hiram lawrence jr. was shot in the head while being held by his father in oakland in a parking lot. coleman's preliminary hearing will determine if there is enough evidence against him to charge with the babies murder. >> police are searching for an armed man who robbed a chuck e. cheese's restaurant in san bruno monday
