front of the santa clara county sheriff department with more on the case-a-the family claims the assault took place while she was unconscious at a party. >> here is the picture of the girl. the family want us and the rest of the media to show her picture surname was audrey pots . there was a party in december and there were drinking liquor. apparently audrey passed out and was late in a bed. according to the family that is when at least three teenagers sexually assaulting her. according to the family's attorney apparently someone took photographs of her naked that would viral. it was posted on facebook. the family did not know about this. the attorney says she wanted to keep a secret and kept to herself. ultimately she discovered everyone knew

about it at eight days later after finding out people knew about it. the family attorney says, that is when audrey committed suicide. >> two of the boys were arrested at their high school in saratoga. another went to high school in gilroy. the sheriff's department went there to make the arrest. this is just the beginning there are still serving search warrants. more arrest to happen. back to you more. >> thank you for the update. this case is nearly similar to a 17 year-old canadian girl was taken off life- support on sunday following a suicide attempt. the mother say she was bullied, humiliated, and shunned after she was sexually assaulted by four boys summer school. this was in nova scotia and the boys have not been charged. new information into the investigation. the killing of a 34 year-old man while he was driving in the oakland hills last tuesday. officials say they believe they have found the suspect vehicle used in the shooting death of of the their
