are. parents need to reiterate that to their children to stay off the tracks and not walk on the tracks for any reason. especially not to play games or take a shortcut home. >> there were 133 passengers on board the train as well as five crew members. . the collision caused delays for about two hours yesterday's. >> meanwhile, 316 year-old boy is a been arrested on accusations that they sexually assaulted a 15 year-old girl. the attack happen last fall in eight days later the victim of tree pott committed suicide. the santa clara county sheriff's office as the teenagers were arrested yesterday. to the saratoga high school and a third of christopher high school in gilroy. the victim's family attorney says students jeered photographs of the attack on cell phones and shortly before she hung herself she post-it on facebook saying her life was ruined. >> new informations on the investigation of the killing

of a 34 year-old man was driving the oakland hills last night. officials say they believe they have found the suspect vehicle used in the shooting death of off- duty paramedic's quinn boyer. >> we continue to actively investigate the lead. we have received cooperation on the community and there may be more additional information out there. >> a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the rest of the shooter in this case. >> police officers in berkeley are measuring the community support or opposition to tasters. a survey was sent out to 19,000 residents which could be the first step to eventually harming berkeley police dictators. the goal is to see if residents view the way that they did 10 years ago when they shot down the idea of arming police officers with lasers. >> the survey results are expected to come out next week. san francisco police is

>> a woman is in custody after leaving her formal old baby in her car while she went shopping yesterday. it happen around 1230 at the marina square shopping center in san leandro. the woman heard the baby's scream and cry and walking in a parking lot and she notified authorities. police said there were able to get the baby out of the car but were disturbed to hear the mother did not have any excuse for leaving her daughter in a hot car. they said they contacted the baby's father and paternal up and took her home. >> and petaluma the school is clarify its dress code after female students said they were told they could no longer wear tight fitting pants because they distracted the boys. female students apple kenil worth junior high school received the statement from an administratioor during a school. last week.

front of the santa clara county sheriff department with more on the case-a-the family claims the assault took place while she was unconscious at a party. >> here is the picture of the girl. the family want us and the rest of the media to show her picture surname was audrey pots . there was a party in december and there were drinking liquor. apparently audrey passed out and was late in a bed. according to the family that is when at least three teenagers sexually assaulting her. according to the family's attorney apparently someone took photographs of her naked that would viral. it was posted on facebook. the family did not know about this. the attorney says she wanted to keep a secret and kept to herself. ultimately she discovered everyone knew
