zhokhar tsarnaev remains in the hospital. his condition has been upgraded to fair condition. he is recovering from his illnesses, including a gunshot wound to the neck. a u.s. government official says that the team says that he and his now get older brother were self radicalized and motivated in part by the wars and iraq and afghanistan. washington is getting updates on the investigation. he is said to be communicating with investigators in a limited fashion. >> today, the mit campus is pausing to remember the fallen officer sean collier who was allegedly shot by one of the brothers as he said in his patrol car last thursday night. many of the
