federal medical facility. we're getting this word that u.s. marshals have transported tsarnaev to wherthe federal medical center in massachusetts. it is a federal prison facility for male inmates who require specialized or long term, or mental health care. that is the breaking news this morning the latest update out of boston we will have more as it comes in. >> president obama attended a memorial service in texas yesterday's are honoring the victims of the fertilizer plant explosion in the town of west. nearly 10,000 people gathered at baylor university to pay their respects to those who died in that blast. >> we may not all live here in texas but with our neighbors to. >> (cheers and applause) we are americans to and we

allegedly taking part in a drug ring between mexico and the united states. so far, 25 people have been arrested. during their arrest, officials seized 10 lbs. of meth, down of cocaine, firearms, vehicles and nearly $150,000 cash. police say the alleged ringleader francisco pert alta cabral would import drugs arrestfrom mexico to be sold in colorado. he is being held on $1 million cash bond. at a regular inspection at this checkpoint, eighth became suspicious when the girl acted nervous. they search her and her friends, and said they found nearly a pound of heroin, with a street value of about $90,000. the four girls were

this morning. that is what officials say he did a support pole for one of the power lines veered off the road, with all of the hill, rolled his car and crashed. he died at the scene. authorities say speed may be a factor. no word if drugs all alcohol played a part. he did not knock down any of the power lines. however, a pg&e crews did come out to make sure there was no damage to any of the power lines. >> as soon as the tow truck removes the car that will open up both directions of the road. >> is there any indication of how long it may take to move the truck and when we can expect the road to be open. >> initially they told us after 5:00. as you see the tow truck is making some movement. it appears they may go and remove the car. officers were telling us shortly the road should reopen. when will check back in to get a better eta. .
