southbound 680 at scott creek road in the fremont facility all lanes at just reopened. the safety cancelled the sig alerts . we did have four lanes blocked since the 2:00 hour. that is the only thing i've had my eye on. the rest of the bay area looks good no problems or delays at the bay bridge toll plaza. >> traffic is coming from the east shore freeway. metering lights not yet on. a good ride as you work your way out oakland into the city. >> a live look at the san mateo bridge westbound ride pretty nice. no delays or accidents to report. >> the drive currently 12-13 minutes between hayward and foster city. >> a deadly limousine fire of the san mateo bridge kills five people including a new bride here is what we know. there were nine passengers inside the limo. five women were killed

including the bride. four others were hurt. no word on what caused the fire. but investigators say, a limousine was of a crowd by one passenger though there is no indication that was a factor in the fire. >> the husband of one of the five women died in the fire speaks out. he says, jenni balon and the bride were friends for six years and also co-workers. balons husband tells us that they lost his wife, was the same day they celebrated their 10th year old daughter's birthday. after the birthday party. she prepared for her friend bratton showers later that night. the plan was for john to pick her up at midnight but he fell asleep with their one and have year-old son jayden. >> he exploits the horrific phone call that will give up around 2:00 a.m..

>> i cannot go to sleep at night is like my heart is heavy when i go to sleep. >> the family plans on cremating the body and taking it back to the philippines so that her family can't pay their last respects. they do however, plan on burying her remains here in dublin. >> this is a photograph of a newlywed who was killed in the fire. her name 31 year- oldneriza fojas she and her friends were celebrating her recent marriage. she was planning to travel to her native philippines told another ceremony with her family when the tragedy took place. >> the driver of the limo is speaking out about the horrific experience. orville rickey brown, and for members of the party managed to get out of a level which became engulfed in flames within seconds. this is video from our

partnership with abc seven news. brown says, the limo was only minutes away from its destination when women began selling small. he thought she was asking if it was ok to smoke a cigarette when she knocked on the window. >> when she knocked again he says, he knew something was wrong. >> i saw the grief and anguish and grief on her face. if you ladies snow smoke they knocked on a petition when we pulled over she was basically coming through. she pulled another lady out and rent to the back of a car and opened the door the flames just shot out. they involved the car. >> the cause of the fire is still under review.

says kudos to the police officer for even going to come back to the first location where they thought the car that was stolen a month ago was ditched. >> are we talking one woman and to men? >> one woman to man and a month ago according to the spokesman it was the same woman walked into the 711 or back-to-back 7 eleven's ad that the degree time that is when they realized this is the same thing. we're talking about a woman going in with a shotgun. that is when they did the detective work and it spotted a stolen car open their the detectives drove 10 mi. from the 711 to this neighborhood and sure enough that is where they spotted her in the act of trying to get rid of the second stolen car. instead she stays in the stolen car loses control and into the tree. >> thank you will. >> now to the latest on the deadly limousine fire on the san mateo bridge. later this

morning the coroner is expect to officially release the names of all the women killed on saturday. we've learned some of the names of the women who died already, one being jenni balon . we spoke with her husband said his wife and the bride were friends for six years. there were co-workers. he says the day she died at they celebrated their tenure old daughter's birthday. after the birthday party jenni prepared for the bridal shower later that night. he was planning to pick her up at midnight but fell asleep with their one and have year-old son. around 2:00 in the morning at the phone call. >> the officer told me my wife was one of the unfortunate ones that did not survive. i've got shocked. i did not have any emotion at that time. i was numb. my daughter is holding

come with new warnings aimed at teens about their risk of cancer. the food and drug administration unveiled a proposal monday that would also put indoor tanning beds under more strategic federal oversight. the fda has regulated tanning beds and sun lamps for over 30 years. the agency wants the warning on pamphlets, catalog and web sites that promote indoor tanning. regulators are also proposing that manufacturers meet certain safety and design requirements, including timers and limits on radiation. the government's action is aimed at curbing cases of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, which has been on the rise for about 30 years.
