cost of the accident, they're still looking into it. i continue the are getting cooperation from the driver. after the driver hit the three victims, immediately pulled over. the field sobriety test check out just fine. one aspect it will be looking at is whether not the driver was speeding. the speed limit is 25 mi. per hour and they do not know how fast the driver was going. neighbors have consistently complaint brought the years that people drive too fast on this road here and you can see how wide it is. this being used the past hour or so, from what i notice, drivers are coming down 45 or 50 mi. per hour. >> its 25 mi. per hour and that crosswalk. it's not an intersection, is just in the middle of the stretch for people to cross? >> absolutely. you can see there's a crosswalk right

there and just down the road to the right of your screen, that is park view elementary school. so, even though they say is 25 mi. per hour. when school is in, it becomes even closer touch lower. see this car, you have to tell me that is more than 25 mi. per hour. we're standing in the middle of the street and this car is speeding past. they do not know whether the victims were in the crosswalk, but you can see they came out here and did their mark. so if this is where they were hit, this was not a cross up at the time.
