the moraga school district has agreed to pay 2.88 $2.85 million settlement with a former student over sex abuse claims. that former students sued the district for failing to report suspected child abuse following a molestation that occurred back in 1996. in a report by the treasury department's inspector general has found that the irs intentionally delayed processing tax exemption applications for some groups. the irs has admitted that some of its employees targeted certain tea party groups for extra scrutiny. those groups were seeking tax-exempt status. with a look at our weather and traffic.
