880 in the north bound direction shut down. this all happened just after 1030 last night near jackson street. all lanes north bound 80 have now been reopened. the chp also says one of the victims may have been hit by a truck after exiting a vehicle. passengers and two cars were reported to have been shooting at each other. the porsche riddled with bullets was left at the scene. oakland police and the chp spent several hours this morning investigating into then a piece in together the events leading up to the shooting. this is a developing story it will bring you live report later this morning. >> in san francisco state university police officer was injured while removing dressed as a celebratory last night. around 8 university's as an authorized good people entered mary ward hall. university police called and trespassers resisted attempts to remove them from the building. officials say they believe the trespass or protesters were part of an

minutes. at some point the driver of the car got out and fled on foot. now, during this would pursue a second person in the car got behind the wheel of a car, a stolen car, took off down the street, alternately was stopped at the ramp to 580 right off castro valley boulevard. apparently he made some aggressive move for the syrup deputy. at that point the sheriff's deputy fire his weapon tracking the person in the stomach. it was taken to a nearby hospital. he was in critical condition. the third person in the car, a woman, was taken into custody and apparently also the initial driver, the person that first got out of the car and fled on foot was also taken into custody. all three suspects taken into custody. one of the shot in critical condition at a local hospital. i have not gotten an update on that person. we have no information on exactly what the aggressive move was for
