abc seven new spirit by far as it started just before 7 last night no one was injured. investigators are still looking into the cause. >> more trouble for the new easter span of the bay bridge to tell you about. the sacramento bee reported engineers in 2006 discovered that ducks containing thousands of steel tendons had been left unsealed exposing those tendons to rainfall in saltwater. that some award is the lead to corrosion. caltrans examine hundreds of the tendons and says it found little significant corrosion. but experts who reviewed the study questions the agency's testing methods and said the corrosion could make portions of the skyway unusable after an earthquake. >> watching gas prices this morning as the average u.s.

we are seeing a lot of green on the road way censors. james. >> thank you erica. on to more headlines. the people are dead after a small plane crash near auburn municipal airport over the weekend. the cessna 170 crashed in a heavily wooded area about 1 mi. south of the airport saturday night. the faa said the plane went down under on no circumstances and cannot say if the plane had just taken off or was on approach to the airport at the time of the crash. both the faa and the national transportation safety board investigating the crash. . >> changes becoming to disabled drivers parking at san francisco parking meters. the 15 member committee told us it is sensible transportation agency that tied the cards parking rules and expanding clue disabled parking zones would make it easier for people with physician restrictions to find parking spaces they needed. also,
