demonstrating a cell phone comptroller prototype that will allow gun owners to monitor their gun and disable it remotely. a sensor would be installed on a firearm to enable full motion detection ngo location tracking. if an unauthorized person picks up the gun, gun owners are really alert itself all modifications. that can disable the weapon. there's no actual gun yet but this idea comes at a time when lawmakers are considering tougher gun laws. >> the political website based in the bay area that claims it was the target of fbi surveillance filed a lawsuit against the agency. this is a statement posted onantiwar.com. it said the fbi has refused to turn over documents requested under the freedom of information act. those documents allegedly mention anti- war.com as an investigative targets in 2004. the website says fbi surveillance

>> we are back. it is 430 . we began this morning with light areas of more oklahomore , oklahoma. they are assessing what is left of their home and possessions. the twister struck at someone and have miles wide at point. it was the fourth tornado to hit this particular community. moo re okla. since 1998. monday's twister kill the least 24 people. we have new images this morning. as a twister ravaged the suburban oklahoma city. the storm destroyed two elementary schools in the city of moore and rocked city's main hospital. about 2400 homes in the region were damaged. and the state

medical examiner's office says a least 24 people, including nine children, were killed. some family members still looking for loved ones. >> meanwhile, residents of that community are returning to their homes or what is left of them. gary teuhmanuchman reports on how they're reacting to their losses. >> the residents return to their destroyed homes from the first time since a tornado. patterson drive look nothing like they remembered it. >> on the way here i saw so much of the damage. >> melissa thousand lives here with her husband, two small children, and two dogs. >> they evacuate and left the dock behind. >> this is the bedroom. >> the damage is devastating but there's so much gratitude in this family there were not hurt and their dog survived. >> where did you find your
