>>mark: a deadly shooting in our land over by his connection to the boston marathon bomber. early this morning a team of fbi agents stormed an apartment complex near universal studios in orlando. this is video of the shooting scene. the person killed is reportedly a friend of the bombing suspects. an fbi spokesman says that there agent was conducting official duties when the shooting occurred. will bring to the very latest as soon as we get it. >>darya: the minister of the boston marathon victims compensation fund says so far just five people have filed applications for a portion of the $30 million the one of the fund has already collected. families of those killed and injured and the bombings last month has until june 15th to complete their applications. the minister says if they miss the deadline, there are of luck.

>> james: also new this morning, a judge and italy has ordered the captain of the costa concordia to stand trial in the shipwreck of the cruise liner, which struck a reef off tuscany last year, killing 32 people. francesco schettino will be the only defendant trial, which begins on july 9th. he is charged with manslaughter, causing a shipwreck and abandon--abandoning the ship while many of the 42 other passengers and crew were still aboard. his lawyer say he faces as much as 20 years in prison if convicted. >>darya: will continue to bring you the latest one
