>> catherine: a fast-moving, wind-driven firefighters late this morning in the south bay. it scorched about 7 acres south of andrew hill high school in east san jose. these pictures are from our helicopter partnership with abc 7 news. as kron four's rob fladeboe reports, there were some people who live down-wind from the fire. >> reporter:anton ngo wasn't taking any chances, when he saw embers his home he decided it was time to go. >> i started to drive it to the gloves so i did not see anything. >> reporter:a few moments earlier, ngo shot this cell phone video of the fire, which shows police arriving

speaking the facts before this case and. it is a terrorist incident. >> reporter: the muslim council of britain condemns the attack. saying it was a barbaric act that has no basis in the religion of islam. >> reporter: police shot and killed a man who was being questioned boston marathon bombing suspects. f-b-i agents showed up at ibragim todashev's home in orlando. this is his photo. authorities say an one of the agents shot todashev in self defense. after a violent confrontation during the questioning. the f-b-i isn't releasing any details on why they were interested in todashev. however -- a source close to investigators say todashev was involved in the murders of three people in massachusetts back in 2011. one of the suspect's friends shared how todashev knew one of the boston bombing suspects, tamerlan tsarnaev through mixed martial arts fighting in

people getting hotels. this is a tight community so you have people staying with friends and and family and neighboring states. >> catherine: grant? >> reporter:an army soldier has been charged with secretly taking photos and videos of women at the west point u-s military academy. the army says sargeant first class michael mcclendon is facing charges including mistreatment. he's accused of sneaking into a women's bathroom and taking photos and videos of at least a dozen women who were undressed. some of the allegations against mcclendon stem back to 2009. the case is the latest in a series of sexual misconduct across the military. it comes on the heels of a pentagon report that estimate as many as 26- thousand service members may have been sexually assaulted last year.
