million loss will result in the july 1 of fire station 87 pittsburgh. >> and a another undetermined station in january. >> fire marshal says it appears the nine firefighters working out of the pittsburgh station will remain with the district in some capacity by shifting their means of deficience that are currently vacant. >> in january he said at this 0.9 other firefighters may receive pink slips. potentially reducing the fire district from 365 full- time employes and 2011 to 293 next year. >> response time will also see an increase going from an average of six minutes to what the fire department is calling a dangerous 7.5 minutes. it took about 90 minutes for firefighters to contain the flames on this martinez hillside sunday. still about 15 a. burned. no

gruesome triple homicide in florida back in 2011. they say that tamelan tsarnaev along with a fellow chechnya and was involved. yesterday's the fbi shot and killed the other man after they say he launched an agent with a knife. furman ibragim todashev was being questioned at the time and he had a qconfessed to the murders. he also told about the bombing suspects involved in cutting the throws of three people. he said the three people were killed during a drug rip-off to keep them from identifying them. >> jurors in the penalty phase of the jovian arias trial says they're deadlocked. after several hours of deliberating yesterday, they told the judge they cannot come to a net loss decision on whether they should get the death
