are looking at the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza like damp, roads. no surprise, that not much traffic in the overnight construction is not an issue. still, he see on the san mateo bridge only 12-13 minutes. looking pretty good. >> it was a deadly night in san jose last night. police are investigating the city's 19th homicide of the year. it happened last night in the 100 block of hayes avenue, shortly after ten. when officers arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gun shot wound. he was transported to the hospital where he later died. no suspects are in custody this morning. meanwhile police are investigating a *double homicide that also happened last night. officials say two people were shot in the area of rhine-hart drive and

clogston court in east san jose around 6:30. officers arrived and located two male victims who were suffering from at least one gun shot wound each. one of the victims was immediately pronounced dead at the scene. the second victim was transported toitalochere he diea short time later. police are still searching for a gunman. the area around the san antonio shopping center in mountain view was shut down sunday evening after a resident spotted a pressure cooker. police say the resident spotted the pressure cooker in the bushes near a building's lobby doors just after six p-m. responding officers set up a perimeter around the area and evacuated near by buildings. they used an infrared device to see if the pressure cooker was radiating heat. the bomb squad was called in and determined the pressure cooker to be harmless. there is still no word where the pressure cooker came from.

>> 1 dead, 10 hurt in car- party bus crash in calif. a 36-year-old woman is dead, her husband hospitalized in critical condition and nine other people were hospitalized after a crash early sunday on a san francisco bay area highway involving a car driven by a man police say had been drinking and a party bus. in the 2 a.m. crash, california highway patrol officer art montiel says a honda coupe driven by a 43- year-old raul padilla appears to have slammed into the center divider of highway 101, then came to a stop facing oncoming traffic. after the honda stopped, the front end of a party bus, with 18 people on board, hit the car. two other cars were also involved in the collision. the driver of the car - identified as raul padilla - was hospitalized in critical condition. >> police want to make sure bay area partiers stay safe during this three day weekend. that's why they've saturated the bay area with d-u-i checkpoints. police are looking for impaired drivers and those
