command slmanslaughter. >> when his mustang hit a wall it split into the bodies all went in different directions. >> andol alecia reid kron 4 news. >> officials in the central valley say a man shot his two adult daughters yesterday been turned the gun on himself. one of the daughters died. the other is in critical condition. authorities are not saying that what could have prompted the shooting carried out by 63 year-old anthony alvarez . the dead daughters three young children were in the home of the time. there were not harmed in the shooting. >> police in sacramento are looking further into how a man died while in police

authorities believe alcohol and speeding were a factor. >> the california highway patrol says 15 people died in traffic related accidents in the state between friday evening and monday morning. >> that is up 11 deaths during the same time last year. here in the bay area's six people have died in four separate traffic accidents over the past weekend. the chp says, last year there were only one fatality. they also compare the wire arrest in the bay area from last year. kron fours charles clifford has the details. >> here in the bay area there were 165 d.u.i. arrest which is one less than in 2012. >> finally the numbers are for friday evening for monday morning. we are expecting updated information from chp on tuesday. >> in san francisco charles

clifford kron 4 news. >> five people died in a fiery crash in newport beach on monday afternoon. the crash happened just after 5:00 p.m. near newport beach country club. the car veered off the road and struck a tree of the center divider. police said the car was going so fast that the impact ripped the vehicle in half, throwing the driver and all four passengers of the car. four victims died immediately. a fifth person was taken to the hospital in critical condition later died. officers say speed and other factors, including whether alcohol was involved still under investigation. >> firefighters successfully lifted a horse out of a 25 ft. well after the animal had fallen in and struggled to swim. the horse named buddy fell in the well at ranch near san raphael. the well had about 20 ft. of water and when fire crews arrived, but he was treading water. fire crews filled the well water to help or slow to. they say, it appeared
