traffic map shows the green for light traffic for the east bay. there are a few lanes are closed off the they are expected to reopen about an hour. westbound 580 from dublin to hayward has light traffic. we're not seen any delays in the north bay for 101 through marin county. >> our developing news this morning is with a 2 alarm blaze that destroys the french restaurant chez spencer in san francisco's inner mission district. officials said the fire was reported around 1:03 a.m. intersection offer folsom and 14th street. the cause of fire is under investigation will bring you updates as they become available. >> a huge wild fires raging

in southern california just north of santa clara. it is called the power house fire and right now more than 1,000 a. have burned. this was the scene from yesterday. one structure has barred and homes are threatened. the fire is 0% contained in more than 500 firefighters are on the scene. the fire is in the angeles national forest about 50 mi. northeast of los angeles. no injuries have been reported. southern california edison and the los angeles department of water and power said the fire is close to their facilities and they are monitoring the situation. >> there were tense moments vall solve this fire just outside of their homes. it's started 1/7 rpm on the side of a hill and seem to be getting close to houses. firefighters were able to

a line welcome back. we have breaking news concerning bart. apparently according to bart's there has been damage to the tracks or a least one of the tracks. as a result of this they will be running single track services between oakland and san francisco. major delays are expected across all four lines until these repairs have been completed. they do not know or lease they have not released what the damage is or how long it will take for them to repair. if they have already put the word out. basically, it is shot. if bart is something that you use you need to leave earlier or possibly find another means of transportation. we will have more on this. >> more severe weather is

actually a homeless man was spotted the fire and flag down to women who were driving so they can call 911. in fact, may have had extensive damage here to the entrance but there's also a courtyard and in the restaurant. the fire started in the courtyard area and when the firefighters arrived they had a brick through the gate because there is a gate into the courtyard. this was still locked in a had to get through it before they get to the fire. they were able to contain the fire. you concede damage, of wall but mostly all the fire was contained to the corner. although, the smoke was so intense that it did damaged a restaurant eric. they will not be able to open for a while
