and the north bay. the line upper 60s in the antioch area. >> mid-90s for low status. >> mid '80s for the east bay shores. >> 94 and napa. 91 in santa rosa appeared >> will talk more about the red flag warning later in the forecast. >> another fatal storm hits oklahoma. a total of five tornados plowed through the state friday. this is the second major storm there in several days. five people are reported dead and among them are a mother and a baby. in all seventeen tornadoes

were reported in the midwest. the twisters damaged houses in missouri and illinois. but oklahoma city and the surrounding areas were the hardest hit. emergency officials are preparing to survey tornado damage this morning. some tense hours for a richmond family. but ultimately a happy ending. police say a 4-year-old girl who went missing last night in richmond has been found safe. amia stewart disappeared shortly before 5 p-m friday from a home where she was visiting family. stewart was playing outside the home, when her grandmother lost sight of her. after several frantic hours of searching, officers found the girl under a bed at the same house where she had been reported missing. police say she was surrounded by many items under the bed, so she went undetected. the 4- year-old girl is in good condition. a harsh accusation against the san francisco police department. >> as before 3:00 a.m.

officers responded to a second shooting near 88th avenue new plymouth appeared one person suffered a shot gun shot wound. he was taken to hospital and listed in stable condition. police have no suspects at this point. >> the n-double a-c-p says a recent arrest was a case of racial profiling. but kron four's terisa estacio reports that police say there's much more to this case. heart of this controversy. lorenzo adamson, junior. a 15 year veteran of the department. police say this situtation unfolded. when they pulled over adamson as he was driving a vehicle here at the intersection of newcomb and 3rd street thursday night when officers noticed his car did not have any liscense plates and the windows were darkly tinted - too dark is against the law in california.

quickly officials say the stop turned confrontational. >> the traffic stop deteriortated into a physical confrontation. he was snatched out of the car, he was wrestled to the ground and arrested. they discovered too late that he was an officer when he produced his badge. on friday, the local chapter of the naacp lashed out. calling the incident racial profili it was profiling bc the first thing they did was ask are you are parole or probabtion, the thing they should have said was the gentleman who was an officer knew the right way. this is a violation of the department. that's not accurate. say veteran officers of the police department - they tell kron four news that asking a driver whether they are on parole or probabtion before asking for a liscense or insurance up to the discretion of the officer. and can be an important investigative tool. san francisco police say it wasn't until when adamson was handcuffed he mentioned he was a cop.

the initial stop the office rwas armed but did not identify himself. stop of racial profiling of blacks in this city. the naacp is demanding an intense investigation. police say one is underway. and comprehensive investigation. adamson is currently on disability for a back issue. and the naacp says he is seeking medical attention for getting hurt in the incident. the three officers who received minor injuries in the confrontation are on active duty as internal the suspect in a fatal it happened last night in on mag-lio-co drive around 10 p-m. officers found the 35-year- old victim lying in a car port, suffering multiple stab wounds. name of the victim, or the suspect. the violence comes as the police department is deploying extra patrols over the weekend.

it's a response to san joses last night's stabbing brings the city's homicide count to 21 for the year. there were 46 homicides in san jose in 2012. and more violence in san jose. a shooting leaves a 31-year-old man is in serious condition. and police think the crime is gang-related. it happened in a parking lot on kollmar drive in east san jose around 5 last night. the man was found bleeding near a white truck. no arrests have been made - much yet about possible suspects. if these are just the latest examples of the recent violence in san jose. and it's why there are extra officers on the streets this weekend. in just the last week there have been four fatal shootings. there have already been 20 year.that compares to a total of 46 for all of last year. 40 extra officers will be on patrols. they'll focus on the neighborhoods where the shootings happened and on gang hot spots.

hundreds of firefighters are still on the scene of a huge wildfire in the angeles national forest. the so-called powerhouse hundred acres. at least one building has been destroyed. the fire began thursday night near a water and power facility. it's only about 15 percent contained. no word yet on how the fire started. fire investigators are on the scene of a fatal blaze in houston. four texas firefighters were killed yesterday after a fire at a

motel. the firefighters had been looking for people in the building when the roof collapsed. everyone inside the building has since been accounted for. six other firefighters were injured. one is in critical condition in a burn unit. the fire two hours later, no word yet on the cause. two wildfires in new mexico are forcing evacuations of homes and campgrounds. they also closed a state highway friday. 140 homes were evacuated as crews battled the 3-square- mile blaze, about 25 miles east of santa fe. a second, smaller wildfire broke out friday afternoon about 50 miles northwest of albuquerque. about 50 homes in the area had been evacuated. one home was damaged by the fire. some good news, officials saying the fire's growth has slowed, reducing any immediate threats. let's take a quick look outside this morning. let's check in with meteorologist ?? for your first forecast.

"it fails to lock in low rates for students next year, that's not smart. it eliminates safeguards for lower income families, that's not fair." the president is calling on senate majority leader harry reid says the senate will extend the current loan rates for two years. arizona grandmother yanira maldonado is out of a mexican jail and headed back home. a judge ordered her release overnight. she was tearfully reunited week in custody. maldonado was accused of trying to smuggle 12 pounds of marijuana under a bus seat, while returning to mexico. but her attorney says surveillance video from a bus station proves she
