construction and is wrapping up in san bruno. the three right lanes are closed and this is due to construction that is want to wrap up at 6:00 a.m.. the traffic is starting to up back up. we have more cars on a roll. if you are traveling to 05 is still slow. this is the slowest for this morning out of tracy on to west bound 580. your drive time is already up to 35 minutes. >> a major traffic alert for drivers to take the richmond san rafael bridge. they are being told to brace for months of delays because of construction work. kron4 jackie sissel is live at the richmond center phil bridge this morning with details. >> on the left-hand side this is the picture of old approach. this is if you are heading westbound. you concede there is no traffic

because it has been diverted. you can get a sense of what it looks like. this is a part of the construction process that will be going on for three months. you will have to get used to this. west bound 580 as you approach the toll plaza will be diverted over to the eastbound lane. the barricades are set up. it went from three lanes down to to lies and then you have to make a sweeping right term before you get back into the line for the toll plaza. this is a three month projects. we are starting to get into the heart of the commute. they started this yesterday but this is the first day that they have filled commute going on. if you are approaching the toll plaza coming from richmond or oakland as you approach as you pass parkway. you will be it diverted into two lanes. you could see this was coming down and this will go over to the

eastbound direction and then this would be a right turn and come back. one of the problems is that this is tempered because these barricades are set up in there is no shoulder for about half a mile. that means that any accident are stalled as corn to really mess this up. this is the first morning of this commute in so far so good we are only as 6:00 a.m. but by 7:00 a.m. to 730 the traffic restored to a backup. >> even as people get used to this you will still have to divert what normally would be three lines down to 2 lines. to see the old approach and all of these lands that were open. this is part of the construction site normally that would have three lines but will be two lanes and it will be very tight. people are going to slow down just because of

that. this is a combination of everything. i just fill this will be a bed commute for this entire month. >> police and oakland are investigating an early morning shooting that wounded three people. the call came in at 12:45 p.m. this morning. this was in the area of the 13th and webster streets. that is where officers found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. all prospective to survive. the shooting comes on the heels of a violent weekend in oakland. and afternoon shooting on sunday killed one person and injured two others on international boulevard at the 90th ave. then on saturday, four people were wounded in two separate shootings, one of those victims is listed in critical condition. investigators said the

shooting happened renee " sideshow " early saturday morning near 106 avenue and macarthur boulevard. oakland police will hold a news conference today to address the issues. >> the search continues in golden gate park and ocean beach for a young man that has been missing for two weeks. 19 your all sean sidi was last seen at the french american international school in san francisco. family members believe that he is in danger because he suffered a head injury six months ago and is still recovering from a. they said the duty is reason head injury, there is growing concern that he may not know that he is missing. >> we do not think that he can take care of himself a this point. >> about 300 volunteers teamed up with the klaas
