his car into the water at berkeley aquatics park last night. according to the chp the pursuit started around 1050 last night on northbound 101 near mission street in san francisco. the pursuit continued on to ease down interstate 80 across the bay bridge. the suspect vehicle then took the und street exit and continue on surface streets to berkeley. the suspect eventually drove off of the road way into water near ashby avenue and into the water at berkeley aquatics park. >> the suspect escaped the vehicle and was seen swimming in a quiet part eventually surrendered to chp surely after 11:30 p.m.. no one was hurt in the incident. >> a vallejo police officer shooting and killing our suspect on a boat. police were called to just after 7:00 last night. it was about a loud fight inside a bull in a marina at 42 harbor way. when they arrived, a man in his forties pointed a weapon that officers and they

responded by drawing their guns and opened fire. he later died of a hospital. the police officer has not been injured as and placed on administrative leave by the department investigate the incident. >> oakland police looking for a suspect believed to be resolved before a series of serious crimes and is 74 minutes. yesterday morning. take a look at the photograph. 26 years old jmzamar cleveland is believed to have committed to shootings, carjackings at least two possible kidnap is between 1043 and 1157. the incident start in the 1500 block of 39th ave. he allegedly shot a woman the cards at another victim to get away from the scene. then allegedly carjacked to more people, in some point he stopped at another location in the city and shot a second victim. all victims are hospitalized and are expected to survive. police said the shooting

victims appear to have been targeted but not released a motive. >> a toddler is dead and two adults and seriously injured after a record car crash and a fremont yesterday. it happen around 1:00 p.m. on plaza padre parkway between chad born drive-in dorm place. >> the vehicle split in half. the toddler was ejected from the car and died at the scene. the male driver of a car was also ejected and suffered major injuries. the female driver was critically injured. --a female passenger was critically injured is not yet clear if drugs and alcohol were involved. >> target stores in the east bay are warning their farmers to customers that the restrictions could be contaminated with hepatitis a virus. one pharmacy boy and hayward location contract hepatitis a. for scott rates spoke with one woman says she is devastated by the news peo.

was critically injured. is not clear if drugs rock all were involved. >> following news that vallejo this morning were gunman, on a boat, was fatally shot by police last night. to get more news faster let's go kron 4 solo reporter jackie sissel was live in vallejo with an update. jackie. >> according to the vallejo police department the got the call a 7:00 last night of a loud disturbance and fight out here at the marina. with the officer arrived slightly after a o'clock that is exactly what he found. he found a fight going on on one of the bolts out here. it was involving a man in his '40's. when he approached the scene, apparently the man pointed a weapon at the officer. at that point the officer pulled his lebanon fired of a suspect striking him. the suspect was taken to kaiser medical center in vallejo.
