>>police in walnut creek are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store this morning. it happened at the walgreens pharmacy on north main street near geary road just before two a-m. police say a suspect entered the pharmacy, said he was armed and demanded two containers of prescription drugs. after getting the drugs, the suspect ran away. no one was injured. also in walnut creek. it's since march. a man has exposes himself to women on the iron horse regional trail. police are warning trail users to be alert. to walk or run with a partner, and report any suspicious people. the suspect is described as a white man in his 20's, 5- feet 10-inches tall with a thin build and shoulder- length dirty blonde hair. sometimes witnesses have seen him wearing a baseball cap and riding a b-m-x type bike. san francisco police are asking for the public's help year old woman. authorities say margarita lopez-ramos was last seen

friday morning at the san francisco international airport waiting to be picked up by a family member. she suffers from dementia and is hard of hearing. she is five-seven, 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. she was last seen wearing a multi-colored shirt and black pants. five men are behind bars this morning following an undercover prostitution sting in vallejo in friday. police say the five-hour operation was focused on the area immediately north of downtown. they say that area has been all five men arrested were booked into the solano county jail. oakland fire crews now know what started a three alarm fire on the 25-hundred block of 73rd avenue in oakland. all of fire started in a pile of belongings left over from a rummage sale earlier in the day. the fire was first reported shortly before five saturday afternoon when firefighters arrived on the scene they found the building fully engulfed in flames. the fire batallion chief says that strong winds are

suspected gunman in the santa monica rampage that left four people dead police say the shooting spree began at a house where he killed his father samir, and his brother chris kyung lah has more about his ties to santa monica college and his past run-ins with police. >> end of his rampage had one intent, say police. >>"he was heavily armed and dropping arsenal in the black bag the gunman carried the upper receiver to a 223 semi automatic rifle a 44 caliber handgun and hundreds of rounds loaded into two dozen magazine clips. he had an additional 13- hundred rounds he could have fired. this is just some of his weaponry. police also showed pictures of additional magazines. and the gunman dressed in all black, wearing knee pads and a vest where you see him carrying the 223 semi automatic rifle he used in the bloody rampage across this normally idyllic beach town.

the crane operator involved building collapse has turned himself into police. warrant was issued for him. a law enforcement source says sean benschop faces six counts of involuntary manslaughter, 13 counts of another person, and one count of risking a philadelphia building when it collapsed on wednesday officials say a toxicology report showed evidence that marijuana and pain medications while using the crane. boy scouts - are recovering from an ordeal in the nevada desert this morning. rescuers got them out of a canyon near the nevada - arizona line. yesterday's extreme heat causing some them. but a 69 year old las vegas authorities say the boy scouts became lost as temperatures soared to more than 110 degrees. but they were able to police until help arrived.

explains what happened. san jose police were called to the 300 block of indian broom drive around 1:30 on saturday morning. when they showed up they found a man with multiple injuries and his wounds were visible to officers who arrived on scene. the paramedics were called out but the man, unfortunately died a short time later. called to determine if the man had been murdered. they evidence has not come back from the lab. s, i fact, murdered, this would be the city's 24th homicide this year. i just talked to some neighbors who did not want to go on camera but they said, it is unclear if it is related but they say there have been multiple break in's in this neighborhood. i'm jeff bush in san jose, kron four news. >> canfora sonoma county woman is suffering from major stab wounds after a domestic violence incident. the suspect was shot dead by police. he is identified as urbano morales. he is the child. police were dispatched to a saturday morning.

when they arrived they found a sixty year-old woman wounds. then morales reportedly tried to attack the officers. >>"i saw him stick something under his shirt. the suspect was carrying a knife and at that point the suspect charged at the officers and the officers threat." handling the investigation. stable condition at a santa rosa hospital. and in vallejo. police have identified an armed man w by officers. police say business owner mohammed naas gunned down his wife before police shot him. shortly after one-thirty saturday, police found naas' wife suffering from gunshot wounds. when officers approached at them. that prompted an officer to fire his weapon in self-defense. the 48-year-old woman died at the scene. naas later died at a hospital. let's take a quick look outside this morning.
