there, that is exactly what they found, multiple victims inside the residence there. once they figured everything out. they did discover that three people have been shot, two of them a man and woman were transported to a local hospital. their condition is unknown at this point. a woman was pronounced dead at the scene. the vehicle was presumably involved in the shooting somehow. a lot of details still left unsaid by the vallejo police department. the victim and this is a woman. other than that, they're not giving her identification. they are waiting. this is the second homicide justin the next last week and vallejo. they're hoping someone heard or saw and did so, to call the vallejo police. >>james: after more than two years of delays, the trial of accused serial murder suspect joseph naso will

continue today. prosecutors said, 79 year-old joseph naso, killed four prostitutes in northern california between 1977 and 1994. they sell, who is representing himself, has called the state's evidence " from statute. " however, the prosecution tells jurors, there is enough evidence to prove that nasal is both a serial rapist and a serial killer. prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. >>darya: the man who police arrested for running around in san francisco arts station naked, will be in court today. 24 year-old yeiner garaibzabalo was caught on video performing naked acrobatics throughout the 16th street are stationed. he then costa several computers. a video of the incident surfaced on my last week and quickly learned by rote. he is charged with two felony

george. passengers helped subdue a man on a united airlines flight from hong kong to new jersey. they say he started screaming about the cia, national security leaks and poison. as the man was being subdued, one of the passengers record a part of a man's red with a cellphone. not really audible there. but passengers say the man didn't get unruly until about 10 hours into the flight it wasn't until he reached for something in his pocket that passengers got worried and tackled him and helped crew members restrain him. >>james: the faa says a united flight bound for san francisco from honolulu turned around because of an unspecified electrical problem. the boeing 737

landed back in honolulu without incident. the red i took off from hawaii sunday night just before midnight and was scheduled to land in san francisco yesterday morning. the faa is investigating what caused the problem. >>darya: airline passengers said they are satisfied with u.s. airlines. the american customer satisfaction index survey found u.s. airline scored 67 out of 100, up from a score of 652 years ago. it is the best showing in a decade. here is a look at how individual u.s. carriers all look. jet blew led the pack with 81, followed by southwest with 77. delta and u.s. airways both had scores of 65.

the scene. another man and woman were taken to hospital. police say that a vehicle was involved in the shooting but provided no further details on the investigation. anyone with information related to the shooting is asked to call the vallejo police department. >>james: the official cause of death for the night stalker richard ramirez was complications from cancer. the coroner said, ramirez had t-cell lymphoma, which is a blood cancer of the lymph nodes. the corner also says, ramirez had substance- abuse issues, as well as a severe case of hepatitis c. no word whether doctors diagnosed it before his death 11 days ago. he had been on death row at san quentin state prison since he was convicted in 1989 of

13 murders. . >>darya: the trial for the 2009 homecoming game raping richmond continues this morning. yesterday, for the first time, jurors heard testimony from the woman who was attacked. she said she doesn't remember much that night, only that she woke up in a hospital in excruciating pain. suspects jose montano and marcelles aeter are among six people accused of raping a victim, who was 16 at the time. authorities say she was beaten, robbed and sexually abused over two hours while as many as 20 people watched. the victim the night defendants' claims of drinking alcohol with them before the attack. >>james: the man who police
